Pros:

Estancia muy tranquila , el personal es muy amable, diario realizan el aseo, si se te olvida alguna pertenencia al momento de dejar el hotel se comunican contigo para que puedas recogerlo , además tuvieron un detalle por festejo de cumpleaños.

Pros:

En general el hotel se parece a las fotos, aunque la alberca está bastante descuidada tiene desprendido el mosaico y los niños se cortaron los pies con el mismo.
El personal de recepción no es nada amable, tienen gatos que entran a la habitación y aunque se enciende el tema de PET friendly, también deben tener claro que existimos huéspedes que preferimos no mascotas.
El check out es un dolor de cabeza, ni en un hotel 5 estrellas te hacen tanto show para salir, te revisan hasta las toallas que por cierto no estaban en tan buen estado (rota de los bordes)
No tienen sentido de hospitalidad, pedimos la plancha y resulta que solo tienen una para todo el hotel por lo cual la pudieron prestar hasta el siguiente día.
Adicional a eso tienes que ir tú por la plancha y la tabla de planchar y llevarla a tu habitación.
En ningún hotel se ha visto eso.
De verdad les falta mucho servicio al cliente.
Salvo por un empleado que nos hizo recomendaciones para donde comer y lugares que visitar, la chica de recepción pésimo.

Tanto servicio como instalaciones excelente. A pocos minutos caminando de diferentes playas y el servicio de recepción muy atentos y amables.
