Für Milano ist die Lage des Hotels gut.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer in der oberen Etage war super. Das Hotel ist schön geschmückt und macht einen guten, ersten Eindruck.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay, die Lage des Buffets finde ich suboptimal, in der Mitte der Tische. Die Auswahl war für den Preis etwas bescheiden. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer könnte besser sein.

Skønt hotel men servicen rækker desværre kun til 4 stjerner. Men på trods af det kommer vi gerne igen i fremtiden.
Pros:

Pænt, rent og rummeligt værelse med god seng. Kun 10 min. gå gang til Duomo og lige ved en metro der kører direkte til Linate lufthavn. Meget sød velkomst i receptionen. Fri minibar på værelset men blev ikke fyldt op løbende. Roligt og trygt område.

Cons:

Dårlig service ved morgenmadsbuffeten. Vi blev ikke tilbudt kaffe og ingen spurgte om vi ønskede at bestille fra a là carte menuen. Vi blev heller ikke anvist et bord så det kunne virke lidt uoverskueligt selv at skulle finde noget da der ofte var fyldt op med gæster. Rooftop baren var lukket hvilket var ærgerligt da været var skønt i april.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et son professionnalisme. La chambre est très confortable, avec une déco sombre mais très moderne, le petit déjeuner est complet; nous avons dîné dans les deux restaurants de l'hôtel et tout était parfait.
