השירות היה מעולה לאורך כל השהות. כמה ימים לפני ההגעה יצרו איתנו קשר בוואטסאפ כדי לוודא שהכל מסודר, וזה נתן תחושה אישית וחמה כבר מההתחלה. בצ’ק אאוט קיבלנו שעתיים נוספות ללא תוספת תשלום, ואפילו דאגו לתת לנו גלידה לדרך — מחווה קטנה שעשתה הבדל גדול. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד ומגוונת, המלון יפהפה ומעוצב בטעם, והמיקום מצוין — רבע שעה הליכה מהדואומו. בהחלט נשמח לחזור.

שודרגנו לסוויטה עקב יום הולדת עגול וחיכתה לנו הפתעה הקדשה אישית ושוקולדים בר בחדר חופשי
קרוב לתחנת מטרו, חשמלית ו10 דקות לונציה הקטנה וצד שני העיר העתיקה Duomo.

A reasonable property I like the Staff but felt a bit ripped off by the rather large amount we paid to have breakfast in
Pros:

It was well located in modern and the staff would generally very helpful, particularly Sofia. She helped us organise a car to take us to florence as there’s a snap 24 hour train strike.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good and I discovered that apparently the breakfast restaurant was not operated by the hotel but by another party.
I could see absurd attempts to save money such as not having any orange juice available for breakfast. I can’t recall the last time I was in a hotel that didn’t have orange juice for breakfast.
The service was very poor in the Restaurant and there were substantial extra charges for any of the good breakfast items even though we paid a breakfast included rate for two.
