Lovely hotel despite poor knowledge of restaurant staff.
Pros:

Great location, represented a five star establishment.

Cons:

Restaurant staff need to be better trained. I have an allergy to cheese, explained this clearly to the waiter, however he delivered my first course which contained cheese and said nothing. Be careful eating here if you have any allergies or you could end up in hospital.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service, we had a wonderful stay in Milan.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. A special thank you to Flavio and Katerina at the reception they were incredibly kind, professional, and made our stay even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality. The location is also very convenient for exploring Milan.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was very good. If I had to mention something, it would only be that the stay was too short to enjoy all the facilities.

Pros:

Ótimo lugar, limpo, bem organizado e uma cama excelente! Localização é boa e ótimo café da manhã. Equipe de atendimento é muito boa e sempre muito cordiais e dispostos a ajudar.

Cons:

Eu não gostei do meu quarto que era diferente do que foi escolhido. Mas não foi algo que afetou a minha estadia.
