I would definitely recommend it for a short visit to Milan

A luxurious and high-quality hotel close to the city center.
Pros:

The hotel is located right across from the Santa Sofia metro station, which greatly helps with its accessibility and the ability to reach anywhere in the city. Of course, you can also reach the center on foot without much effort. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a high-quality coffee machine. The shower was very large.

The reception staff was kind, helpful, and very attentive to any questions or things we wanted.
The breakfast was delicious, very high quality, and satisfying.
When the hotel staff heard that we were celebrating a birthday, they helped us mark it beautifully with wine, balloons, and chocolates. It was definitely moving and pleasant, and the birthday person was very touched by the gesture.

Cons:

Next to the hotel, there is a light rail or something similar (not just the metro station), and the windows were not soundproof enough.

Although the hotel staff (reception) were lovely, in the dining room one day, it took them 20-25 minutes to prepare an omelet, and we eventually got up without receiving our order.

It is important to note that beyond the buffet breakfast, they have other types of food/meals that they serve, such as omelets, egg and avocado sandwiches, and the like. When I asked to add a little onion or extra cheese, I was told it was for an additional fee and that each guest could only order one dish of their choice. It is a bit strange that in a 5-star hotel, you have to pay for extra cheese; I have not encountered this in any other 5-star hotel.

The elevators are slow, and each one has its own button, so you have to press both elevators for one to arrive.

Beyond that, the hotel itself is excellent.
Of course, this did not affect my overall stay at the hotel, but it is still important to note.
