Entrañable lugar para hospedarse en Antigua, te hacen sentir como en casa.
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal del hotel, buscando todo el tiempo dar respuesta a mis preguntas y peticiones. Los felicito a todos, en particular a Kelyn que nos apoyo con sugerencias para lugares dónde almorzar e hizo de nuestra estancia una grata experiencia.

Cons:

Les falta luz a la las habitaciones. Les recomiendo mejorarla.

Great location and food
Pros:

Great location yet still quiet. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast included

Cons:

I did not receive my complimentary drink. Kelyn was great but the other staff weren’t as friendly or helpful.

Small super friendly hotel in great location with a truly yummy breakfast!!
Pros:

The hotel was great! Breakfast superb. Staff were more than helpful

Cons:

Would have been nice of the Room had a chair to sit in (there was space). Other than that, we liked everything!!!

I can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

The location and the property itself were amazing. We loved the alcoves and seating area, especially the roof. They accommodated an early shuttle ride for us and even had simple yogurt parfaits ready that we took along. The night shift desk host was extremely friendly and helpful. Only six rooms increases the boutique feel!

Cons:

It feels like a “new” hotel still working out a few kinks - but none of those caused a negative experience for us. There was a strange confusion on our reservation, but we worked it out. I’d easily stay here again and encourage others to try it!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in perfect location!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel located close to the main sites within Antigua - easy to walk everywhere. Staff (especially Kelly) were all lovely. Beautifully decorated, very comfy rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. Roof terrace is a great place to relax a d enjoy the views. Delicious breakfast too! I hope to be back we I can stay again soon.

3rd trip to Antigua…my last. Guatemala traffic is horrible. All restaurants were just ok.

Air freshener dispensers in room made noise every 30 minutes.

L'hôtel est idéalement, près du parc central et de l'arche de Santa Catalina. C'était vraiment agréable en soirée, car c'était vraiment tranquille. La chambre était bien équipée, elle était propre. Les déjeuners sont exceptionnels ! Les employés ont été très accuillants et serviables tout au long de notre séjour. Ils peuvent même vous aider à organiser vos activités.

Pros:

Amazing service from start to finish. The staff made me feel truly special and cared for—especially Kelyn, who went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful by helping with reservations and answering every question along the way. I booked the massage and dinner package, and both were exceptional—the massage was incredibly relaxing and the five-course meal was delicious. The rooms were cozy and extremely comfortable, and the hotel itself is stylish, well maintained, and inviting. The location is also ideal, close to great restaurants, shops, and everything you could need. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

A true all-round experience in beautiful Antigua

The hotel is beautiful, quaint, and centrally located. The room was spacious and the bed was large and super comfortable; I had the best nights sleep! Kelyn made our stay exceptional, taking care of details even before our arrival. She booked a massage and dinner for us and made sure to cater to all our needs before and after our arrival. Additionally, we had an incredible culinary experience at Linaje Experience. Each course was a true journey through Guatemalan flavors – an explosion of taste, creativity, and local ingredients. The service was outstanding as well: the team took the time to explain every dish in detail, which made us appreciate each bite even more. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to discover Guatemalan cuisine in a unique and memorable way.
