Buena ubicación, personal amable

Cons:

Previo a la llegada tuvimos problemas con la reserva que no solucionaron, tampoco ofrecieron alternativas. La habitación olía a humedad, y a pesar de un cambio, era mucho más pequeña y menos iluminada que lo que se percibía en las fotos. Habían pocos recipientes para la basura, tardaba mucho en calentar el agua, lo cual generaba desperdicio.

Em va tocar una habitació molt humida amb un aparell per extreure la humitat les 24h. Si demanes aigua per esmorzar et porten una ampolla que et cobren amb el 10% de servei inclòs per defecte, no et diuen que agafis aigua filtrada gratuïta o que te la portin ells

Topverblijf, absolute aanrader.
Pros:

Super lekkere bedden! Heel schoon en netjes, fantastisch ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel! Alles op loopafstand. Hele fijne vibe!

Cons:

Aanvankelijk kon de front desk man van de nacht onze boeking niet vinden en sprak geen woord Engels. Gelukkig opgelost.

la atención, la calidad del personal, daniel ykelyn ...excelente me ayudaron con tour y los trasportes locales.. siempre pendientes antes, durante y después del viaje, la alimentación del hotel 100% deliciosa, para descansar las habitaciones supér bien ubicadas lejos del ruido, para un hotel tan central y cerca a todo.

None of the rooms have a window, and this should be made clear when booking. The property is quite dark. Dead bug in shower and mosquito in room.
