Cons:

El baño tiene un olor fuerte a cañería, el piso de la habitación no estaba bien limpio. Dicen tener parqueo cerca, queda a tres cuadras y no se pudo usar porque estaba cerrada la calle.

Location was great. The rooftop patio is lovely Room
Was cozy but comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
Breakfasts were hearty and very tasty with a good variety to choose from.

en general excelente hotel y un personal muy atento y servicial

la ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, el desayuno es realmente excelente y delicioso con multiples opciones para escoger, buen cafe y la atencion en el desayuno por la joven es muy amena asi como de la recepcion! hotel es muy lindo en todas sus partes y limpio.

Cons:

la habitacion 1 que fue la usada, tiene un problema serio de humedad en el baño en las paredes. El hotel tiene ya algunas medidas basicas para tratar de combatir este problema con deshumidificador y spray automantico de olor pero visualmente es evidente el deterioro en esta parte asi como el olor que genera. De usar el aire acondiocionado de la habitacion disminuye un pooco pero pueden sin duda algun tomar medidas mas efectivas para solventar le problema.

Super Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert. Nicht billig, aber es lohnt sich.
Pros:

Es gab einen Willkommensdrink und wir konnten die Koffer sicher deponieren, bis das Zimmer fertig war!
Da wir frühmorgens Vulkanbesteigungen machten, erhielten wir 2 x sehr leckeres lunch Paket!
Extrem freundliches Personal!
Wir erhielten kostenfrei ein Upgrade Zimmer, da das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss dunkel und etwas mufffig roch.

Beautiful property! Very tastefully decorated. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of our stay was the amazing staff! Great communication throughout, helped us with airport transportation, and anything else we needed, they took great care of us. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with them and they arranged for a romantic dinner in the cava - incredible experience! And fantastic meal! The location is perfect, in the heart of the city and you can walk so many places. Thank you to all the helpful staff we had a great stay!! Would highly recommend!

Entrañable lugar para hospedarse en Antigua, te hacen sentir como en casa.
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal del hotel, buscando todo el tiempo dar respuesta a mis preguntas y peticiones. Los felicito a todos, en particular a Kelyn que nos apoyo con sugerencias para lugares dónde almorzar e hizo de nuestra estancia una grata experiencia.

Cons:

Les falta luz a la las habitaciones. Les recomiendo mejorarla.

Great location yet still quiet. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast included

Small super friendly hotel in great location with a truly yummy breakfast!!
Pros:

The hotel was great! Breakfast superb. Staff were more than helpful

Cons:

Would have been nice of the Room had a chair to sit in (there was space). Other than that, we liked everything!!!

I can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

The location and the property itself were amazing. We loved the alcoves and seating area, especially the roof. They accommodated an early shuttle ride for us and even had simple yogurt parfaits ready that we took along. The night shift desk host was extremely friendly and helpful. Only six rooms increases the boutique feel!

Cons:

It feels like a “new” hotel still working out a few kinks - but none of those caused a negative experience for us. There was a strange confusion on our reservation, but we worked it out. I’d easily stay here again and encourage others to try it!
