Lovely stay, friendly people, great choice for a night in Nairobi!
Pros:

Delicious breakfast with many options. Wonderful stay!

Cons:

Spent one night at Hermosa and then moved to the Hemingway - fresh flowers everywhere, larger rooms, but you have to pay for it. Hermosa is a great bang for your buck!

Pros:

The hotel and placeis beautiful, the breakfast was good but in comparison with the places we stayed in Kenya this breakfast was modest. The room was big and nice, just the smoke smell from outside kept us awake in our last night. They did offer to change the room bit it was after 10pm, we declined the offer as it was not practical to move all our things with 2 kids, the night before our checkout. So i had to improvise and block the bottom of the door with towels and pillows to prevent the smoke coming in. In general its good hotel. Thank you for the housekeeping to make the towel decoration, we loved them.

Pros:

Beautiful settings, lovely hotel with amazing staff. Although not in the main city, transport was very easy to organise. Including the great services by Ruth and her Ladybird service. +254 726 206719.

Great location and nice rooms!
Pros:

The hotel is across the road from the Hemingway and is a third the price.

Cons:

The metal detector was very loud so that every time someone went in our out it was too loud. We had to change rooms. The cheeseburgers were made of meat mixed with diced onions. The wine was too old so only drank 1/3 bottle. $65.00 down the drain.

Wonderful, very helpful staff and beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, great location in a quiet suburb

Cons:

It is beautifully appointed, but I felt that it was a little ‘Vegas’ in style where it could have been cool, bright, more natural decor to really situate it in its vibrant Africa location

A beautiful hotel with lovely grounds, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a great spa experience. It is located in a nice neighborhood, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A very pleasant stay overall.

Pros:

Posizione, camera spaziosa, giardino, piscina. Ottima pulizia.
Ristorante interno con ottimi piatti.

Cons:

All’inizio non risultavano le due prenotazioni ma solamente una. Comunque poi hanno risolto il disguido e ci hanno fatto upgrade.
