A very funky hotel about a 10 minute walk to Petaling street the main restaurant and shopping area in Chinatown. Other attractions such as the Bird Park and Aquarium were only 10-15 minutes by taxi
We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which had a nice fridge and kitchen area. I especially liked the filtered water tap in the room, which meant we didn't have to keep buying water.
On the 12th floor there is a nice indoor and outdoor seating area along with games. They also had a gym and a laundry area. The 13th floor has a nice roof area.
The staff were helpful and I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in walking distance to Chinatown along with easy taxi - Grab - journeys to the main sights
Echoing other comments, the breakfast was interesting...it is basically a prepackaged meal that they microwave up once you pick It. The aim, apparently is to take a go it's not meant to be a buffet. If you are used to a buffet with a wide selection this won't be to your taste - my family and I picked and chose bits from the meal There is free flow hot drinks and toast but if you are picky or have children, I would advise either buying something in or going out for breakfast.

The property was clean and near public transport.
There was nothing to dislike about the facility.
The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked. I'm happy I chose a room without a window. Without the sun and outside noise, I slept like a rock.
I didn't like the breakfast set up. You get a microwaved TV dinner and some juice. Coffee and tea are available. I also wasn't a fan of having to get filtered water down the hall. More like a dorm room than a hotel, in my opinion.

Great value for the location. Enjoyed the top floor where the kitchen and mini gym was.
The staff seemed pretty uninterested in most questions or requests. Felt a bit like you were an uninvited guest.

We love the location as it’s a short walk to eat at our favourite Durian stall :- DURICH at 136 Jalan Petaling near Chinatown.
The staff helped us by recommending DURICH and helping us 4 Senior Ladies to get Grab to see Dear You at Pavillion and also to catch our KTM train back to Singapore.
Shower caps should be provided at the counter when we checked in.
