Basic Hotel - Opposite of Lux.
Pros:

Location is pretty central, close walking distance to metro station. Beds are extremely comfy. I liked the lights in the rooms too.

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth it - extremely bland and basic, with nothing to drink when we got there at 9am.

Charged excessive prices for minibar usage which were not listed. Room was also not cleaned during the stay.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, прекрасный персонал. Помогали со всеми вопросами. Номера как на фото. Чисто, уютно. Завтрак хороший. Отличный кофе на завтраке. Очень понравилось. Спасибо и успехов.

Все було чудово, вам буде приємно там знаходитись)
Pros:

Чудове помешкання, привітний персонал та місцерозташування. Навіть без автомобіля близько до всього, до моста Миру 15 хвилин. Чисто, можна заїхати раніше (ми прилетіли о 6й). Була ситуація з дверима, не відчинялися, дуже швидко зреагували.

Cons:

Єдиний мінус - шумоізоляція.

Приличный современный отель на тихой улочке. Удобное расположение. Персонал помог с парковкой. В номере все необходимое есть. Кровать твердая, удобная. На завтрак подали ядреный кофе: мозги прочистило на раз

Cons:

В номере (105) запах канализации. Персонал не говорит по русски. Завтрак по выбору бедненький. В номере был ввход в служебный коридор.

An excellent stay.
Pros:

We sincerely liked our stay at Luxin. The location is excellent if you search for a cosy and calm stay in a walking distance from all the city sights. The bed was comfortable, there was a mini bar in the room, a safe and a wardrobe, toiletries and towels were also provided. We checked in and out at night and both were smooth. Breakfast was delicious. There was no variety but it’s like a home meal- tasty and sufficient. The staff is polite and welcoming. I’d really recommend to stay there.

Cons:

Just two point I’d mention in dislikes: there was no even one chair in the room so we had to put out bags in the wardrobe. And running hot water seemed to be limited. There must be a boiler or something.

Прошла неделя, как мы вернулись из Тбилиси. Но впечатления от поездки все еще яркие и радостные. В Тбилиси останавливались в отеле LUXIN, что недалеко от метро "Авлабари". Отель расположен в удобном тихом месте недалеко от старого города. Номера в отеле хорошо оборудованы и комфортабельны. Рядом с отелем находятся магазины, рынок, а также рестораны на любой вкус. Гостеприимная хозяйка отеля Шери, ее помощник Александр и персонал отеля сделали наше пребывание в нем комфортным и беззаботным. За что мы им очень благодарны!

A week has passed since we returned from Tbilisi, but the impressions of the trip are still vivid and joyful. In Tbilisi, we stayed at the LUXIN Hotel, near the "Avlabari" metro station. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the old town. The hotel rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Nearby are shops, a market, and restaurants to suit every taste. The gracious hostess, Sheri, her assistant, Alexander, and the staff made our stay in the hotel comfortable and carefree. For that, we are very grateful!
