نظافة الغرفة وخصوصاً السرير يوجد شعر وغير مريح اضافة على متبقي الغرفة مثل الارضية وجدت بها حبوب قلب لشخص اخر كان قد سبق قبلي لم ترا او تنظف

Room is not clean at all towels, toilet, bed sheet.
Only three elevators, two of them are not working.
