Lugar espectacular, pero están descuidando detalles
Pros:

Hermoso lugar rodeado de naturaleza y una linda arquitectura. El personal muy amable y atento. Diego Armando nos recibió de gran manera y la recepción siempre estuvo con muy buena disposición.

Cons:

A pesar del esfuerzo del personal, hay problemas de fondo. El desayuno parece bueno, pero no lo es. En 3 días era una hazaña poder tener queso y jamón, nunca estuvo completo con todo lo disponible. Las habitaciones que me tocaron se pasaban de rústicas para parecer viejas y descuidadas. La ducha nunca funcionó correctamente, tuve que llamar para que revisaran. Es mi tercera visita y esta fue la menos satisfactoria.

Excellent environment BUT MEDIOCRE TO DISMAL FOOD.
Pros:

The resort is a secure compound. Its tranquility is the best attribute. The grounds and gardens are very well manured, the many varieties of orchids and avifauna are superb. The room is very clean, spacious with very comfy bed. Strong and steady WiFi. The staff are most amiable.

Cons:

There is a well maintained pool, BUT it is very small for the size of the resort, and it is very very very shallow. It is more of wading pool, NOT a swimming pool to do laps. The breakfast is ample BUT rather monotonous. The NEGATIVE attribute of the resort is the quality and variety of the food offered in the restaurant. It is one thing to have a "bar or pool" menu of typical grubs BUT it is another thing to have restaurant with MEDIOCRE TO DISMAL FOOD. If management work to IMPROVE SIGNIFICANTLY THE FOOD, then this would be a much better resort.

Really enjoyable and tranquil place. We will visit again!
Pros:

Pleasant staff. Good food. Ample garden space that we enjoyed walking around in. Our dog enjoyed it most. Heated pool and jacuzzi, which we sadly didn't use.

Cons:

Insect and mosquito bites. Forgot to take repellent.
