Good size room with comfortable bed and large modern bathroom, staff very helpful.
To open curtains and find myself staring at fire escape and wall making room feel very dark and lacking privacy, and claustrophobic. If you can set this aside then it is good in all other aspects
Centrally located in District 1, just a pleasant walk to Bùi Viện Street and Ben Thanh Market.
I stayed in the building on the left, and during the morning shower rush there was not enough hot water.
the location was close to everything and walking distance to a lot of good food places and a short ride to ben thanh market, the room & bathroom were spacious, and even if we were just on the 2nd or 3rd floor (and had a view of the main street as we were in the front) we couldn’t hear the road below. the buffet breakfast included was really good value too. the staff were very kind, accomodating (it was our anniversary and they decorated the room) & helpful and very cheerful too.
in terms of spotlessness, i think it could have been improved. (Not to say it wasn’t clean but I think there is some room for improvement). there may also be a little confusion as there are 2 buildings near each other but not connected. my swipe card didn’t work because I was apparently at the wrong building lol
