The room service started to clean the room next to mine at 12 am , so I couldn’t sleep. Also, tried to open my room to clean it while im sleeping in the room.

Of smoke, burned sofas with cigarettes marks and bathroom dirty as dirty to can see fungus.

luxury building with very lousy service… no one available at reception, no one talk in English, my bathroom sink was so dirty & smelly… will never stay here again.. I rather prefer average property with excellent service…
