Excellent value for money – don't let petty complaints fool you!
Pros:

​This hotel is fantastic for the price you pay. I really don’t understand some of the negative reviews regarding trivial matters. If you want a realistic and honest opinion, here it is:

​1. Location:

The hotel is located just below Taksim. Yes, Istanbul is hilly and there are stairs to climb, but this isn't "hiking"—it’s just a short walk to the station which connects you to everything, including Taksim Square itself. The location is very convenient.

​2. The Neighborhood:

The street has several mechanic shops, but it also has many hotels. These shops are perfectly normal and they don't work at night, so there is no noise issue at all. It’s a safe and standard city street.

​3. Breakfast:

The breakfast was great! The menu changes daily and everything is constantly replenished. I don't know what people expect for this price point—if you want a Hilton-style buffet, go to a Hilton and pay five times more. For this hotel, the breakfast is more than sufficient and tasty.

​4. Cleanliness & Service:

The rooms are perfectly clean. Bedding is changed daily if you wish. I saw comments about staff entering rooms uninvited—this is nonsense. There are electronic buttons for "Do Not Disturb" and "Clean My Room." If you don't press anything, it’s only logical that housekeeping will enter to do their job. If they didn't, people would complain that the rooms aren't being cleaned! Use the buttons provided and you'll have no issues.

​5. Staff & Facilities:

The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The hotel also offers parking, which is a huge plus in this area. We didn't use the SPA, so I cannot comment on that, but everything else was top-notch.

​Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, professional, and affordable stay in a great location.

Pros:

The staff were nice and welcoming. They are decent and calm people.

I stayed at the top floor in suite room 902. Large room with jacuzzi, clean and modern enough.

Cons:

there is very limited breakfast. especially bread, there is only simit and traditional Turkish wheat flour bread, missing a bit of wholemeal bread. air conditioning is centrally controlled, even though it was hot the system could not blow cold air, you have to open windows and insects can come in.

If you are going to Taksim 20min walk or Osmanbey 15min walk, you will have to go uphill, be prepared.

This was the best hotel I ever visited. The staff is so amazing and helpful. Free Coffee and Tea anytime in the Lobby. Cemal and Ihsan are great people. The Reception is amazing and very very helpful

موظفون ودودون، وشاي وقهوة غير محدودة.
Pros:

خلال زيارتي، أقمت في الجناح الملكي. إلى جانب اتساعه وراحته، أضفى الجاكوزي والمدفأة لمسة مميزة. كما أنه يتمتع بموقع مثالي في قلب إسطنبول، قريب من كل شيء، وخاصة ميدان تقسيم، ويجب أن يعلم الجميع أن الإفطار كان ممتازاً.

Hotelul este amplasat pe o stradă în pantă, cu foarte multe service auto pe lângă, fără restaurante în apropiere sau magazine.
Ca să ajungi la stația de autobuz sau metro era nevoie să urci foarte multe trepte sau străzi în pantă
Am utilizat doar taxi-ul pentru a ajunge la obiective
Spa-ul lipsește cu desăvârșire, la cerere au dat drumul la o mică saună, în rest nimic nu funcționează
Micul dejun înseamnă o selecție de măsline, brânză, ouă și cereale. Trebuie să debarasezi personal masa și să cauți tacâmuri în dulapuri sau chiar să speli personal vesela. La micul dejun erau 5 mese pentru servit
