I was very happy with our stay.

They did not keep the outside clean. Food and garbage on the stairs and afar patios for days.

Great stay at a beautiful hotel with comfy and very clean rooms!
Pros:

The hotel was inviting and absolutely beautiful. The staff I interacted with were all very helpful and welcoming. The location was great- very close to the airport as well as downtown DC.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room and the restaurant food options seemed a bit limited.

Great hotel, but serious issue with date changes through booking.com
Pros:

The room, the location and the restaurant were all great.

Cons:

I submitted a change of date request through Booking.com, but it was ignored. When I arrived for my stay, I was informed that my room had been cancelled and that I would need to pay for a new one. No email had been sent to warn me of the cancellation beforehand.

The hotel told me they never received the message from Booking.com. When I called Booking.com, they said the same message format is sent to every hotel, and that I’ve successfully changed dates through them at other hotels before without issue. This suggests the problem lies with whoever at the hotel handles incoming Booking.com messages — and that the front desk wasn’t informed of what had happened, which is why they asked me to book a new room.

After calling Booking.com, my original room was eventually reinstated — but only after considerable stress and inconvenience on my part.

Great stay in good location . Would recommend
Pros:

Nice feel about it . Comfy beds . Staff especially one guy was very helpful trying to get us new flights . Restaurant was very good

Cons:

Only one dressing gown . Paying extra for films .
