Superb!
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and large rooms. The hotel is within 5 mins from Union station so very accessible to most sights. The staff, especially at the Bistro du Jour were very friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make our breakfasts enjoyable. Would definitely come back.

A great start to a morher daughter week vacation
Pros:

I loved the location - the facility was beautiful and clean and welcoming. 90 % of the staff was great willing to help and were welcoming. The price was also well below what I expected for the location and look of the facility. It was an absolute amazing stay

Cons:

I called to confirm my booking as I was driving 10+ hrs to get there and the lady I spoke to was rude. When I went to check out I asked for a printed receipt and I was told it was emailed. I have not received that email detailed receipt yet and it’s been 5 days!
