Pros:

Nothing except the behaviour of staff

Cons:

The room was not as shown in the picture. No hot water kettle. Basic things were missing, no towels. Only one provided when asked for.
The food served was not hot. In breakfast parantha served was not hot, no butter was given. Tea was always cold.

The hotel didn't had any facilities. They don't even have laundry service which was explicitly mentioned on the booking page. The hotel rooms are dim and didn't had proper lighting. The staff didn't called us for breakfast also. Overall it was very dirty and poorly maintained.

Mainly a negative than a positive experience
Pros:

they allowed me to park my bike in a closed garage. food quality was nice.

Cons:

-Staff were weird when I checked out constantly looking and taunting me as i was getting my bike ready. did not feel comfortable
-it took 1 hr 15 mins for food to come
-owner accused me of having an expired visa but I had to correct him

Pros:

The service and the smooth check in process. it is definitely value for money. the breakfast is included in the package which is a great 👍. the cleanliness and hot water. air conditioning. clean bedsheets. clean toilets bathroom.

Cons:

the room didn't had a view. plus smoking smell was there in room. felt a bit claustrophobic since the room was packed from all side. felt a bit eerrie at night. weird sense.

Good place to stay
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming even when we reached past midnight. They were very courteous and quick to help.

Cons:

The rooms especially the bed could have been a bit cleaner. Basic amenities like towels should always be made available without having to ask for them.
