The facility was clean and staff courteous, but did not know how to integrate their services with booking.com.

Cons:

The facilities were wrongly mentioned, the booking.com website said, a sofa bed was available that could sleep 2 children, but in reality, it was a high sofa with very high sides and only 4 feet long. We were disappointed and asked where the sofa bed is, they said this is all we have. We reached about 8.00 in the night, children all groggy, for us to argue and get an extra bed cost an hour of time and running around.

Pros:

Clean and Spacious room. Property neatly maintained. Room basics are intact. Bed comfort (mattress) is average as it is a hard bed.

Cons:

Dental kit and shaving kit not provided. They do not have. Food service to improve. Limited menu. Staff were courteous and but not trained on guest service.
