The staff were friendly and cooperative. The property is close to Lucknow airport. Reaching the airport early in the morning was very convenient from the hotel.
Not a place where one can stay with family. It was very noisy, with the party continuing till 11 pm and loud music. The room size was small. Mosquitoes were present in the room. The basic amenities, like toiletries, were minimal. There was roadside parking.

I requested my room to be cleaned in the morning before leaving for the conference. When I came back at 6pm, they were now preparing to clean. So, I asked they clean the following day. Again I came back at 4pm and found it had not been cleaned. They asked me to stay in the lobby as they cleaned.

Its not clean, toilets were bad and not cleaned especially the toilet seats. Force of the water was very minimal at some point of time.
There was dust all over the room.
The crockeries were not clean the glass in which they served water to me had some curry stain on it. Restaurant table mats were not changed after each guest.
Close to airport
Immediate location really isn’t great. Hotel is rather run down and the room was filthy. Had to shower both nights with cold water.
