If one has work nearby, this is a good place and is value for money for a day
Pros:

Location. I wanted it near Reliance Corporate Centre

Cons:

Lots of cockroaches and it needs pest control treatment. Staircase leading to reception does not have a banister to take support while climbing and is dangerous for old people

Comfortable.
Pros:

Room service and food quality and taste.

Cons:

Window Curtains were short privacy disrupted . Attended complaint but not rectified. Rain Water falling through window glasses in toilet, body gets wet while using it in raining.

the place was worth just coming to the room to sleep
Pros:

the only reason i chose to stay here was the proximity to the place where I had to go for work. it was at walking distance so it was a great help.

Extremely happy except for the access.
Pros:

It’s clean, staff are extremely polite and service oriented. My check in was extremely delayed but they kept in touch, served good simple food long after last
order time:

Cons:

They need to have a lift from ground /
parking level to reception. The flight of steps that currently take one to the reception is too steep and too many in number. This may be a biz hotel but no harm in keeping the elderly and disabled in mind.
