Relax Inn Smyrna

The staff was great, the room was great. Everything I expected. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the college. TV worked, and AC was running properly. Nothing bad to say about the rest inn.

Shopping verity was fine. Sheets on bed not clean. I've never seen so many holes in walls before. Loud. Wow, very loud.

This is your basic motel. Reasonably inexpensive but you get pretty much the bare minimum. Note that this is an observation not a complaint--you get what you pay for.

The good: the room was reasonably clean except for someone's dirty t-shirt hiding behind the couch. You get a reasonably comfortable couch and bed. The shower works well. The room was decently large. Internet/Wifi was decent although not great.

The disappointing: That dirty t-shirt. There were no cups in the room; they seem to be handed out at the office only upon request. The room was very dark with only two inadequate nightstand lights. There were two dressers instead of a dresser and a small table with chairs.

I didnt really like anything about this place. Bed was uncomfortable took 5 mins for water to get hot in the shower the shower was so someone was cooking food and it stunk up the whole place food small

Stayed here one night during our travels. Small motel that’s a bit dated, but the room was clean and the bed was new and comfortable. The manager was very nice and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was everything we expected plus more. That more being how well we were treated by the staff.

The man in the office was very friendly and I felt safe in the motel. Otherwise - My rating is based on the condition of the room. I stayed in room 10. There were a couple holes punched in the bathroom door; the paint was peeling on the bathroom walls; the toilet seat was stained; the toilet paper was dirty on the end; and the side table tops were warped and the paint was worn. Please see the photos I uploaded. If this is not typical of the rooms, then I question why I was given that room. There were only a couple other cars in the parking lot, so it seems unlikely all the other rooms were taken. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean enough, so it was not a terrible stay.

Clean but old. Expensive for what it was.

Overall experience was good. Convenient clean and efficient for the price. Definitely on the cleaner side compared to other motels. Shops and convenience stores are within walking distance.

The walls are quite thin and the motel is directly next to a main road so if you are sensitive to sound or have kids, be aware... Even though I stayed in a room furthest from the road, the sound of traffic still carried in pretty loud.

This place is more like a short stay for prostitutes, dirty, and rundown. I had ants in the room facilities, old, dirty, and tired. I would recommend you remove this from your site.

The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It is a bit dated, and could use a bit of paint and sprucing up. Our room had only a blind on the window, so it was pretty bright overnight. I slept well and that was the purpose of ghe room. It was easy to get to and close to my final destination. Plenty of places to get food nearby. Friendly staff and cheap rate

Would not recommend. Motel is out dated, dirty and the outlets are so worn the plugs fall out.

Spent one night in my way down to North Carolina to visit family. There was no hot water, the floor was sticky and when I tried to use the bathroom the toilet paper roll fell off the wall

The gentleman in the office was very nice & professional. The room could use some repair, especially the bathroom door. I was pleased with the comfortable bed and the full size shamoo, conditioner & shower gel dispensers in the shower. Loved the big towels too!

The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and have clearly been updated recently. We did find a lot of light in the room from outside that was difficult to block, but we still enjoyed staying there and would happily go back.

Very small room and bathroom, thin walls, every time the person moved on their bed in the other room, it made my headboard move. No cups in the room. It literally took 5 minutes for the water to get hot for a shower. It is not worth the $89.00 they charge for a room. I will never book a room there again. I’ll stay in Dover where they have real Hotels.
