The room we were initially placed in was not as nice as the rooms advertised on booking.com
Additionally, the light switches were broken which meant we couldn’t turn the ceiling lights off. Thankfully another room was available and we were moved.
The hotel was great! Only thing I think might be better - breakfast. But the rest - suite itself, staff, view, location - were perfect.
Breakfast - some days there weren't almost any choice, but for us it wasn't a problem. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby in the center.
I have stayed here before and I like the hotel a lot. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast was adequate, everything was fresh and what I ate was tasty. - limited selection for vegetarians.
There are some nice dinner options close to the hotel. (a lot of vegetarian options) They offer a late check-out for a fee (half of the room rate if you stay until 5 pm).
The hotel is 2km from St Joseph’s Cathedral, about a 30min walk. Grab is always an option. The surroundings of the hotel are not wow and nothing to do or see. Although I love this hotel, I think it is a bit overpriced for the location.
The staff are very very friendly, and trying to do their best. We received the best service we ever had in Vietnam!

It was bankrupt closed for food
we artived late only to realize the hotel no longer exist
We were quite surprised when Minasi informed us that their hotel is temporarily closed because of a water leak or smth but they still took reservations. We ordered a room for two dates with 3-week distance, they accept it and provided us different hotel instead. It was Hanoioi hotel and it was a disaster. Old hotel with small rooms and no window. Mold in the shower. And when we told them this is not Minasi quality and there is no spa, they were trying to persuade us and hour to stay there. We paid for a one night even though we didn't sleep there and left the hotel. Very very unprofessional doing business, selling nice hotel and instead getting way worse and different hotel.
