Pros:

宿泊金額以上のお得感でした。
あまり、ホテルスタッフが関与しない感じも今風で良いかと。

Cons:

朝の5時過ぎから、アジア系外国人客の話声が甲高く聞こえ、睡眠を妨げられました。
入り口扉がわの防音が今ひとつなんでしょうね。2階だったから?
唯一、残念でした。

A well positioned hotel, clean, good sized rooms. OK breakfast.
Pros:

Great location just off the Main Street in Susukino. This means that you’re in the girlie bar area and the streets have litter in them in the morning(!!!) but it’s safe and entertaining to watch.
Main Susukino street is a 2 minute walk away with access to trams and exit 4 of Susukino underground station. Lots of food outlets to suit all budgets just a short walk away. Room was clean, modern and had clever decor. Good shower, a bit(!) of hanging space plus kettle, fridge AND a safe(😊)
Washing machines on 2nd floor(400yen) plus drinks machines and microwave.

Cons:

Only green tea sachets provided, no coffee or black tea and no stirrers.
Pretty basic breakfast, food not always hot and sometimes not replaced when it runs out. We’ve had a month in Japan this time and this was by far the most limited breakfast choice that we had. Some less expensive hotels provided a much more extensive breakfast.

Amazing Location and rooms
Pros:

Rooms were really nice, beds and pillows were so comfortable. Amentities were really good. Staff were really friendly. Awesome having a Family mart next door. Rooms had blockout curtains.

部屋は問題ないが、フロントスタッフの案内が中途半端すぎる

Pros:

小巧舒適，沒有無意義的設計。喜歡高專業化旅館學的住客會感愉悅。是現代化又不會無趣的旅社。一開始覺得地方似乎不好找，但其實從薄野站5號出口出來，一直向南走，不要彎來拐去，看到有一個大螃蟹在牆上再右轉，就到了。如果靠丁目，一開始會弄錯很多方向。建議旅館方可以將抵達方式更詳盡說明。

沒有窗戶稍微可惜，但不影響室內空氣。
