The hotel itself was fine and the location was convenient. However, the customer service was extremely disappointing which is unusual for Japan.
I’ve travelled to Japan seven times, and this is the first time I’ve had such a difficult experience. We booked two rooms as a family, only to find they were located at completely opposite ends of the hotel. Travelling with three children, this was clearly impractical.
We were then told we may need to book an additional room because we have three kids, all under 12 years old. It simply doesn’t make sense to expect a young child to stay in a separate room on their own. Rather than working with us to find a reasonable solution, the hotel was inflexible and unwilling to accommodate.
After travelling for over 20 hours overnight with children, we were made to wait more than an hour at reception while the matter was being “resolved,” which added unnecessary stress to an already exhausting day.
Overall, while the facilities were acceptable, the lack of understanding and poor service significantly impacted our stay.
The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom has a walk in shower which is my favorite.
There was only 1 dryer operating. The other was out of order. It caused a long line for laundry and someone took my laundry out of the dryer while it still had 40 mins. Having better laundry facilities would have prevented that.

The location is strategic nearby Susukino Station which makes it easier to commute. Also alot of konbini & restaurant nearby the hotel
Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, good location, walking distance to shopping street. But it seems to be located in the red light district, or very very nearby to it.
The room is a little bit smaller than the pictures provided.
Great location
The breakfast was not worth the money at all.
