Pros:

This hotel has beautiful pools and landscaping with tropical plants. What we liked most were these spaces (though unfortunately the weather was not warm enough for swimming). The studio room was v clean and comfortable, but a little too dated/looking rather cheap and uninspiring (more below). We liked being able to use the facilities even after check out. Even if we couldn't actually swim due to the weather, with an evening flight, it was great to hang out close to the pool for a read in the sun till the evening.

Cons:

We didn't like booking into a 4 star hotel to then be told we needed to check in before arriving at the hotel (supposedly to speed up the process). We resisted at first but got repeated email reminders, so in the end we did check in online. Annoyingly, we still wasted plenty of time queuing and 're-checking in' on arrival (although the room was fully prepaid) to get our keys. So if this hotel reception just took a scan of passports at check in and its staff did the legwork of inputting our data later within the day in the form that needs filling (like most 4 star hotels do), that would actually make it smoother for customers, not the other way round.

The other thing we did not like was the dated decor of the studio room. The bathroom was v nice and modern, and the whole studio v clean, but the bedroom furnishing were dated formica, plastic high stools, chipped tables and consoles, tiny wardrobe, one lamp.. we were not impressed and certainly did not get a 4 star hotel room feel.

Last issue was lunch. While breakfast was plentiful and varied, on checking in we stopped to eat lunch at the restaurant. The 'choice' was minimal and the burgers were dismall.

Hotel muy limpio y muy bien mantenido. Jardines preciosos y apartamentos amplios. Personal encantador

La cena es tipo buffet, con platos que se mantienen calientes, pero sin opciones de preparación en el momento. El miércoles hubo bbq y me pareció un buena opción

Fantastyczny przyjacielski pobyt.
Pros:

Byliśmy z przyjaciółmi 4 os, wszystko było rewelacyjne , apartament z widokiem na ocean i cudnymi papużkami które codziennie przylatywaly na balkon po słonecznik😁 . Wyposażenie apartamentu , niczego nam nie zabrakło. Obsługa sprzątająca perfekcja, na recepcji i restauracji również. Jedzenie smaczne. Wygodne łóżka, położenie Apart dogodne. Mieliśmy opóźniony lot , hotel zostawił dla nas poczęstunek kolacyjny w apartamencie co było naprawdę bardzo miłe. Odwiedzając Lanzarote z przyjemnością ponownie skorzystam z tego hotelu.

Pros:

Hotel spacieux, belle piscine bien chauffée, beaux locaux et extérieurs, bon petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Tous les flacons de savon-douche vides à notee arrivée, pas assez de papier toilette, pour le diner: viandes ou poissons trop cuits, secs, desserts peu variés. Lit qui se levait en position haute dès que je faisais ce lit.

Only there for a short two night stay but will definitely come back.
Pros:

Very clean. Great bed. Lovely big towels.
Plenty of sun-beds.
On arrival we were given an upgrade from a one bed garden apartment to a two bed bungalow which was really spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast items could have been warmer.
The bungalow accommodation could possibly do with a wee refurbishment.

Gdybym ponownie odwiedził Lanzarote nie szukałbym innego ośrodka.
Pros:

Posiłki smaczne, duży wybór dań - choć niezmienny. Personel przyjazny i pomocny. Teren ładnie zagospodarowany i zadbany. Blisko na promenadę, do restauracyjek i sklepików. Baseny i korty zawsze przygotowane.

Cons:

Problematyczny sposób rozliczania dotyczący dodatkowych zamówień poza godzinami funkcjonowania baru/restauracji. Przed śniadaniem, przy wejściu pojawiają się pytania/sugestie od personelu, aby dopisać do rachunku drinka, etc., nawet gdy nie korzystało się z tej usługi (trzeba być czujnym).

Príjemné miesto na oddych a skvelá lokalita hotela na spoznávanie ostrova
Pros:

V hoteli bol veľký kľud, veľmi príjemné miesto. Tak pre starších ako i pre deti. Apartmán bol veľký, priestranný - blízko recepcie, hotelovej reštaurácie, bazéna. Ubytovanie malo krásny výhľad na more. Veľmi som si oddýchla.

Raňajky - výber bol skromnejší, ale zahrňoval všetko potrebné a jedlo malo kvalitu. Syry, šunky, zelenina, ovocie, rôzńe druhy mlieka, sladké koláčiky, marmelády, med, pečivo, vajíčka, slanina, varená zelenina, varená fazuľa, lievance, klobásy.. Každý si tam našiel niečo, čo mu chutilo. Vyložené bolo malé množstvo, ale jedlo stále dokladali. Páčilo sa mi, že sa tam nemrhalo potravinami. Kávovar bol samoobslužný, výber kávy bol bohatý.

Hotel bol veľmi čistý a naozaj pôsobil veľmi príjemným a kľudným dojmom. Žiadna hlasná hudba a žiadne otravovanie personálom k nejakým aktivitám.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Great room facilities, friendly helpful staff and brilliant breakfast, lots of choice. Two pools and lots of facilities on site. Beautiful pool and sea viw from balcony.
