Pros:

The hotel is very close to all amenities. It has four swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds. We had a two-bedroom apartment with good-sized bedrooms and a spacious living room. However, the furniture was dated and not as advertised on their website

Cons:

.We had breakfast and dinner included in the package. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, and the dinner selection was very poor, with the same food being served daily. This was disappointing, especially since the restaurant advertised themed food nights every day at the entrance.
The food was not always fresh. During our stay, I noticed that whatever was not consumed one day was often served again the next day.
We won’t return there, and even though we had a nice break, I would not rate this hotel as 4 stars

I love the ilunion Costa Sal for its location and the staff are all lovely . It’s so clean and well
Pros:

Breakfast was ok I have been a few times now and I do think they could change the breakfast and include more fresh fruits not tinned fruit
They could remove the chips and
Perhaps they could have a chef there making omelettes etc
Add another coffee/ tea machine
Bigger cups too as cups are too small

Cons:

We went for evening meal included also . This was not great to be honest
I did read on reviews that the evening food was poor !
I would not go half board again
Very poor presentation of evening food

We used this hotel for one night before we got a hire car the next day to travel to Playa Blanca
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, hotel clean and friendly staff, location near to the airport was ideal as we had a late flight into Lanzarote. Checkout was easy and taxi was there to pick us up to go to airport within a few minutes..

Cons:

trying to find our room wasnt too easy on arrival at midnight. Maybe more help from a porter would help.

Lovely accommodation. Food not great.
Pros:

Great staff. Lovely grounds. 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous. Nice location. Very quiet at night. Few English channels on the TV.

Cons:

Food was quite cold. Alot of the breakfast items like the eggs and beans were only just warm. Had dinner one evening,buffet style but again food very cold. No pool bar/food open.

Las instalaciones de piscina, comedor y ubicación

Cons:

La entrada era obligatoriamente no antes de las 16:00, cualquier anticipación cortaba 20€. La habitación al llegar olía mal, estaba sucia, mobiliario viejo, el baño sin palabras sucio, olía mal, la ducha no se sujetaba, se salia todo el agua, la cadena del inodoro se rompió y no funcionaba, un auténtico desastre, sin duda el peor hotel en el que hemos estado con Booking, además el precio 235€
