We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Location for walking, close to the sea

Cons:

Pools both icy cold, was disappointed no sun on balcony from lunch hour, despite many requests prior to arrival .
There was a provision to leave luggage in a storage room on last day, not locked, or supervised, with valuables left for anyone to take, heavy traffic in and out of room, not very safe

Cons:

Room we stayed in this time was not up to the same standard as other rooms and needs updating
Floors ect were very worn and marked.

Fabulous and exceptional
Pros:

The environment and ambience is great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. A staff called Alexi in the restaurant is amazing. We love the food too, both breakfast and dinner are sumptuous. Great location, 6 minutes drive from the airport. We like the proximity to beach as well.

Really enjoyed our stay and have booked to return in September which will be our 4th time here
Pros:

Location is fantastic, close to beach and bars/restaurants. Pool area is great with lots of sun-beds available. Staff are really friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was nice but a little repetitive.

La propreté , l’amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel ( restauration,entretien, nettoyage …), les infrastructures, l’emplacement qui permettait de pouvoir se rendre ou l’on souhaite ( avec une voiture un plus), les emplacements pour se garer ,le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner : pas de profusion, juste ce qu’il faut pour bien manger et de qualité

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'île, on est à 30 min de tout en moyenne.

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners sont moyens.
C'est gras et pas exceptionnel. On s'est finalement rabattu sur le pain et la confiture.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so nice especially Patricia in reception. The place was spotless. I asked for lounges for our balcony the next day thery had them set up. Will definetly be back.

A wonderful place with everything you could wish for to make your stay so relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

Location is perfect just less than half a KM distance from the beach, the main walking/cycling part which stretches for many KM's but is mostly flat and the main square of Matagorda which has a few shops, bars and restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent with a good choice and very helpful and friendly staff to assist. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay there and were cleaned regularly. The facilities also had entertainment some nights as well as providing a different themed meal every evening. There is also a small shop there to get necessary items but closes at 5PM. There are laundry facilities provided there also where we paid €12 in reception for 2 tokens for a wash and dry in a launderette room. Everything about this place is fantastic and we will be returning once again later this year.

Cons:

I couldn't fault this place and just picking really when I mentioned that we ran out of shower gel in the apartment. But as soon as I asked reception for a replacement, this was resolved immediately.
