Carillon Boutique Hotel

Had an amazing experience from booking our airport transport, checking in late night and checking out. We were greeted by Jerry who offered us iced tea and iconic Hanoi beer upon arrival. The room has all you need, comfy bed and very cool AC. All the staff were lovely and breakfast had great options. Easy walk from everything and one step away from iconic food spots.

I'd love to have hangers in the bathroom for convenience.

Great place too stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope to go back to Hanoi soon and will definitely stay there again

スタッフの気配りが素晴らしい。旧市街にあるので便利。部屋は狭かったが設備に問題なく手入れが良い。朝食も卵料理やフォーをリクエスト出来良かった。やはりスタッフの対応がこのホテルの1番の特徴だと思う

We stayed here for two nights. Very kind and welcoming staff, took our bags, gave us water and his whatsapp contact to help our travel with tips and tours. And the room was clean and had everything we needed. And the breakfast was very good.

Hospitality was very friendly! Great information on local activities.

Great service! Vile was amazing and great stay and location overall

The employees at the hotel were lovely, but the rooms are too small (no space for luggage), the bathroom only has a thin curtain so isn't very private, and the rooms are incredibly noisy.
From 6am each day you could hear the kitchen staff making breakfast, and from 7am building works (though not the hotels fault it would have been helpful to have been made aware of this before we arrived). In addition the design of the hotel meant that if someone in a room above/below you used the bathroom you could hear it.
Location was relatively good in old quarter, but unfortunately lack of sleep pulls down the score significantly as by the 3rd night of staying here we were exhausted.

Really love staying

We had a great stay at Carillon Boutique Hotel. Very good location, nice rooms, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast on the top floor was also nice. Alicianne was very kind and helpful - overall we stayed 3 nights with trips in between and would come back each time and they would keep the luggage for us which was very convenient. Overall I can highly recommend.

이틀묵었는데 아침6시부터 건물 꼭대기에서 공사하는건지 망치소리 드릴소리에 잠을 다 설침. 가족들 데리고 방 여러개 잡았는데 모두 시끄럽다고 하여 민망하였음.
저렴한 숙소였지만 조식은 구색 다 있고 먹을만 하였음.

Everything was splendid except the size of the room which was a bit cramped

Nice hotel with excellent service and very convenient location. Receptionist Maria and all the staff are so friendly and sweet. Maria even upgraded our room! We would totally stay at Carillon Boutique Hotel again!
