Pros:

My overall experience was very good of my stay for 3 days in this hotel.

Cons:

Every time we have to move to our respective room we had to carry the card because that was a security feature added in the lift but most of the time it happened that my mother was in the room and we had to came downstairs for some urgent requirement so again and again we have to tell the reception to help us reach our floor. Definitely that was a security feature but when we were in a hurry that created a problem actually.
