Pros:

This hotel is a big joke. At the arrival no room available. Relocation in another hotel in the same street ( lucky 2) but the hotel was so bad !! The picture of the property are fake. Not recomendable at all

Pros:

Messed our reservation with 4 rooms. Sent us to another hotel with terrible rooms and then had to load everything back up and return the next day. Then had to move rooms again. Hardly even an apology. This place isn’t managed at all and is the worst of the many places I have ever stayed in the old quarter. Run for your life!!

Pros:

Issues from the moment we got there with the reservation. Room description on Expedia not accurate. NOT memory foam mattress. Felt more like a board. The staff were mostly unattending and more interested in their phones. Overall our worst hotel experience in Vietnam. Stay away!

Pros:

Booked and paid for this a few weeks before arrival getting a good deal. No room available on our arrival, they tried putting us in a substandard spot that reeked of smoke saying it was the same hotel! They must think we are stupid. Receptionist wasn't bothered (we found out it happens all the time) he just said we can get a refund if we want from expedia. Err no, i want the hotel room i paid for. Eventually got a hotel that was part of their group that was fine. Out of interest we asked about booking an extra night at the one we stayed in, they told us they were full. Guess what...rooms available online via expedia. Reported to expedia so it doesn't happen to others but they weren't interested. Will be wary of using expedia now.
