직원들 대부분 친절하고 시설과 객실내 상태도 모두 우수했다.

Cons:

몇주전 예약하고 부킹닷컴 메시지로 여러차례 객실 커피머신이 네스프레소냐 조식은 뭐뭐가 있나 문의했는데 단 한번도 답장이 없어서 황당했다. 아침에 얼음 갖다 달라니 45분 지나도 안 와서 그냥 나갔다. 나중에 저녁때 돌아오니 와 있었음. 뭔가 리츠칼튼 이름에 걸맞는 서비스 퀄리티는 아니다. 물론 미국 대부분 호텔들 서비스가 좀 모자라긴 하다. 하우스키핑에도 뭘 부탁하면 반드시 1개만 얘기해야 한다. 2개 이상 얘기하면 맨 끝에것만 응하고 앞에건 까먹는다. 물론 이것도 미국 종업원들 전반적인 특징이긴 하나 리츠칼튼 브랜드라면 이러면 곤란하다

Pleasant but astronomically overpriced overall
Pros:

Room was absolutely lovely, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room service food was nearly inedible. The infinity pool was not in fact and infinity pool and the hot tub was lukewarm.

The room was a decent size and the pool area was cool, but hot tub wasn’t working

Cons:

Loud noise coming from bathroom fan, had to have maintenance come, hot tub wasn’t working. Bed sheets felt like sand paper.
