الصراحه طاقم العمل بالذات المديره ماشاء الله اخلاقها مرره حلوه والوالده انبسطت في المكان وربي افضل فندق سكنت فيه من ناحية غرفه من ناحية الفطور من ناحية النظافة حتى اكل المطعم نفسه مرررره حلو انصحكم ماتاكلو بره كلو في الفندق اسعاره حلوه واكله مررررره بطل ندمت اني اكلت من بره لانه خدمه وطعم وسعر كله احجز بدون ماتفكر كلهم عسوليين وكمان يتكلمو عربي وانجليزي اعطيه خمسه نجوم

Huge disappointment: Poor service, pushy staff, and dishonest communication
Cons:

We deeply regret booking this hotel and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, our experience was highly negative due to intrusive staff and terrible management. It started on our first day when flight delays caused us to arrive at 4:00 AM. Later that morning at breakfast, a female staff member immediately pressured us for a positive Google review. She came to our table three times during our stay to ask for this, which felt incredibly intrusive and disruptive.The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. We specifically booked this hotel for a 10-day family holiday so our daughter could swim, but she only got to use it twice. A very rude young man at the pool told us she was not allowed in without a swim cap, a policy completely missing from their website. When I went to the reception, the manager made it worse. Using Google Translate, she lied straight to my face, claiming this was a national law rather than a hotel rule. On top of that, the small pool was constantly divided into lanes, and the same young man kept ordering us out of specific lanes.The overall management is extremely unorganized. While the housekeeping staff works very hard, the scheduling makes no sense as they sometimes knocked on our door for cleaning as late as 7:00 PM. We constantly had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper because there was never enough provided for four guests. Breakfast was chaotic too, and we often could not find a place to sit because tables from previous guests were left uncleaned.To make matters worse, the hotel is so noisy that getting a good night's sleep was impossible. Guests with children would go to their rooms in the middle of the night, everyone talking loudly at the same time. During our last three days, we had absolutely no peace because a children's football team terrorized our entire floor, running, talking loudly, and shouting late into the night. The hotel heard these complaints but took zero action.
