Every single thing ( location , value of money, reception staff, cleanliness, breakfast buffet , swimming pool, kids playing room, view, free parking, wifi connection easy and strong, large rooms , there is AC , close to supermarkets, pharmacy and resturant few minutes walk )

Ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht. Die Räume haben eine schlechte Schallschutz.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und in den Garten. Der Raum ist groß und die Toiletten sind in Ordnung. Sehr sauber. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum insbesondere Frau Sibel und Herr Taha an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer verfügen über keine ausreichende Schalldämmung. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir sehr laute Nachbarn, deren unangemessene Geräusche uns aus dem Schlaf gerissen haben, sodass wir die Rezeption kontaktieren mussten. Glücklicherweise wurde das Problem vom Personal umgehend gelöst. Dennoch sollte die Schalldämmung des Hotels dringend verbessert werden, da man sogar Gäste mehrere Türen weiter hören kann.

Außerdem lief die Klimaanlage trotz ausgeschaltetem Gerät weiter, machte seltsame Geräusche und störte dadurch die Nachtruhe.

Das Frühstück war zudem sehr eintönig.

الغرف واسعه ونظيفه والإطلالات رائعه ومرافق الفندق جميله ويوجد تنس طاوله وغرفة اطفال وجلسات مطله على الجبل والموظفين ودودين

في النهار شويه ازعاج
الاستاذ طه الي في الاستقبال جداً محترم الله يعطيه العافيه كلهم الي في الاستقبال محترمين و يستقبلوك بالابتسامه
