بشكل عام الفندق جميل ونظيف، وكانت الإقامة مريحة. أعجبنا نادي الأطفال كثيرًا. وجود ميني ماركت فكرة جميلة فعلًا، لكن يمكن زيادة تنوع المنتجات فيه. كان طاقم العمل متعاونًا ولطيفًا، لذلك بشكل عام كنا راضين. مع بعض التحسينات البسيطة يمكن أن يكون أفضل بكثير.

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi, bizleri karşılayan personel çok ilgili ve alakadardı. Oda geniş ve güzel dekore edilmişti. Oda ve otel içi temizliği şu ana kadarki ziyaretlerimden en iyisi diyebilirim. Ücretsiz Forum avm servisi çok iyi düşünülmüş bir hizmet. Herkese çok teşekkür ederim.

We were satisfied with our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and fresh.The view was beautiful.

From the moment I entered the hotel until the time I left, the personnel were exceptionally helpful and supportive with every single query. I stayed for two days and had a very positive experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay.

Cons:

Overall, I was very grateful for the service, and there is not much that I did not like. The only minor issue for me was that the hotel restaurant was open only until 4 p.m. Sometimes, when you prefer to eat at the hotel without going out, there are limited options. In such cases, you either need to order food online or take a taxi to nearby restaurants, as there are no dining options within walking distance of the hotel.
