Location and style. V quiet and clean. Customer services were amazing inn returning my watch I left behind... beyond expectation. Leah who dealt with it was great.
All good. Had no issues.
Clean, impressed with how clean, some hotels still look dusty or grubby but this was just right.
Hallway light was on all night, shone light under the door. I like darkness at night
The location, cleanliness and comfort 5 star
Lovely place. Very warm. A few too many security key pads to access the room (5 in total). However the security is excelent. Could do wih a light to illuminate the front door and key pad. Water for shower very hot but controllable. All in all a good experience. Special credit to Stephanie the cleanier who was very pleasent and professional. She needs a pay rise and full appreciation.
Many security keypads to get to the room. No light outside the front door. Poor signage to the front door. The weather was poor also. It rained constantly whilst there. The news on the TV was a bit depressing.
Lovely room in a brilliant location across from Parr Hall
Lovely clean room but sadly we got very little sleep due to noise from the what sounded like the fridge running? Unfortunately this will put us off staying again, so if you're a light sleeper then these rooms aren't for you.
Fairly simple room more a hotel person than an apartment, rooms are small but clean and tidy, shower was very good.
So many emails before and after stay - far too much.
Did find the room very hot even though I used the a/c
Lots of key pads to get in - certainly safe
TV didn't work great looked to be a fault as picture was a purple hazy colour.
Location for our Reunion. Great security, with a nice contemporary finish and decor.
No views, externally dirty and broken glass in one of the three windows, sticky back plastic over one window, the third was not totally visible at the side of the wardrobe. Loose toilet seat. The sink took an age to empty. Hard work to adjust the temperature in the shower with wet hands, however, I managed to work this and free it up, probably due to scale build up inside. Not used to sleeping with a Boiler in the room. A mirror above the desk next to the socket and lights, would have been a benefit for my wife to use the hairdryer. Fortunately, we carry an extension lead which allowed her to use the illuminated mirror in the bathroom, not ideal but the full length mirror by the door, does not have suitable lighting. Hope this helps.
The booking was very straightforward.
Communication from booking through to checkout was exceptional.
Town centre location but quiet and felt very safe.
Spotlessly clean.
Lovely, tasteful and quality furniture and fittings everything of superb quality.
Everything worked perfectly.
Great facilities and fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
Multi Storey car park within a short walk at good rates with excellent security.
We had a lovely stay and very much liked everything.
The Old post office is an absolutely stunning place to stay and I doubt it could be more comfortable. The accommodation is set off of Palmyra square and a stones throw from Parr hall where we attended a gig, absolutely perfect location for both that and the town centre with a plethora of shops and restaurants. The building is beautiful, and sympathetically renovated into good sized studio apartments....just note there is no lift and all accommodation is accessed by stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but fine for us. Parking not available at the property but plenty of options nearby, of which we used the golden square underground car park which was really well priced. The accommodation itself was very comfortable; lovely bathroom, handy kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob and essentials....good bedroom,/living space with a big comfy bed. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again.
My only gripe is that we had some issues with the electronic locks (4 between outside & room) as our pin didn't work at all and we couldn't get it to work the whole time we were there, which was irritating. Eventually we worked out we could unlock the doors without the pin, using access buttons in the guest app so we just used that. We did contact the office for help at first and they were very helpful but couldn't get it to work either... maybe something that needs looking at for futures
Clean
Comfy bed
But not a place I will go back to, or recommend.
The key code access is poor.
Draft from window.
Overpriced for location and facilities
The foyer was VERY cold and uninviting
The property is in a good central location in Warrington, surrounded by restaurants & bars. It was very clean throughout, appeared freshly decorated & bed was comfy. Free parking in street after 6pm on a Saturday.
We had 2 rooms, room 1 and room 16, room 1 was nicer than the other. Room 16 looked straight out at a brick wall. The shower was scolding hot, no way to make it cooler. There was a constant whirring noise in both rooms and so many red & green lights on the ceiling for smoke detectors, alarms etc very difficult to sleep.
