Pros:

Pokoje wygodne przestronne, czyste. Wyposażone w szafy i szafki co jest istotne dla mnie. Przepiękna część restauracja, bar, sala kominkowa. Nowoczesne, czyste spa. Część relaksacyjną spełnia wysokie wymagania. Menu krótkie ale wytworne.

Excellent hotel 9 out of 10 for facilities obviously the gym is the let down
Pros:

Excellently presented hotel beds were very comfortable well appointed rooms we had a twin room suite but there was only one armchair which was a slight disappointment, breakfast was good plenty of choice. Spa facilities were fantastic.

Cons:

Well the advertised fitness Centre was beyond disappointment. It’s nowhere near a fitness centre. It has an extreme lack of equipment poorly laid out all it could be described as is a cardio room because the few weights there well non-existent the cable machine isn’t worth even looking at I’ve seen Home gyms better equipped than what they class a fitness Centre.

My only other grip was one particular member of staff who was quite brash / harsh and verging on the side of rude unfortunately. they do have a restaurant in the hotel that is in the Michelin Guide but it’s very old school and they only do two settings even though there were spaces they won’t let you go in mid service of one of the sittings which I do find quite hard this day and age because we don’t all want to eat at 6:45 and 845 because it doesn’t suit timings or lifestyle Other than that I would return to the hotel. I just wouldn’t take my gym stuff this time.

Pros:

Hotel byl moc pěkný, snídaně také ve standartu Itálie naprosto supr. Ale naprosto neuvěřitelné bylo wellnes, resp saunové a bazénové vybavení. Byl to opravdu naprostý luxus a dokonalý zážitek. Určitě se sem vrátíme.

A wonderful stay with outstanding service — we will definitely come back.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The hotel is very cozy, the spa area is beautifully designed with a great relaxing atmosphere, and the breakfasts were excellent. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely mountain view.

Un rilassante soggiorno a Canazei
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, sia per la salita in quota sia per il ritorno con gli sci. La camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole, un pò troppo calda per me ma con le finestre aperte la temperatura è diventata ottimale. Il bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio (inutile vista la presenza della Spa). C'è stato un piccolo problema con la doccia subito risolto dall'intervento dell'hotel.
Un'ottima Spa completa di tutto inclusa nel prezzo come anche la colazione. Il ristorante, segnalato dalla guida Michelin, è di ottima qualità.
Ci ritornerei molto volentieri

Cons:

Malgrado la presenza in camera di un termostato, non era possibile regolare la temperatura ambiente e quindi, se fa troppo caldo, puoi solo aprire le finestre.
La colazione offriva molto per chi come me ama il dolce; meno per chi ama la colazione salata.
Molto bella la Spa ma l'assistente alla piscina dovrebbe gestire meglio i clienti che non sanno parlare sottovoce perché i suoni rimbombano e danno fastidio a chi vorrebbe rilassarsi
