Quiet place.
Location was excellent and staff were very helpful. You can also find scooter on rent contact from the reception. Excellent restaurant and pool and indoor games.

Location - it was a 45 min walk to the beach, and approx 35 to restaurants. Not good in the heat. So we got taxis a lot.
The bedding wasn’t very clean and the pillows need replacing with fresh ones. The bathrooms need updating.
The building looked nice from the outside and it is in a quiet area surrounded by trees with no commercial establishments around.
We booked two rooms in this property looking at all the positive reviews on Google n Booking.com but were very disappointed.
Our room had cigarette stink, the floor wasn't cleaned, the bed linens looked old and had stains. There was no drinking water, water glasses had stains and the kettle was horrible with black stains inside. The TV remote in our room didn't work either. The bathroom was the only thing that looked clean.
On request the housekeeping person changed the sheets, gave drinking water n sprayed room freshener but we were already disappointed and frustrated. We didn't eat their breakfast as we wanted to stay away from there as much as possible.
Having paid almost 5000 Rs per night for a luxury pool and mountain view room in a so called star property, we expected better. This property has so much potential but lacks serious maintenance.
We left the hotel one day early, lost money on our booking as they refused to refund next day booking and moved to Radisson in Candolim which is a 100 times better for slightly more money.
Pls don't go by Booking.com reviews n ratings alone since most of them are fake. Stick to bigger hotel chains or lower your expectations if you want to stay here.

Overall a great experience, the property is located away from the city buzz which is a relief. Food quality and service are add-on. The staff helped us with the decoration of the room for my mother's birthday. Appreciate the efforts and shall recommend it to friends as well.
The staff’s behaviour, right from the manager himself followed by the housekeepers they’re very helpful and fulfilled all our requirement
Swimming pool timings could’ve been extended atleast upto 10pm
Loved the resort! Very calm in between the trees on the inner side of Morjim. Excellent breakfast with a mix of traditional Indian dishes and continental food. We personally loved the Indian dishes, the fresh fruits and fruit juice every morning. The staff was super attentive and reactive to all our needs. The room was large and with a big balcony with the pool view was relaxing to sit in the evenings.We arrived early and the resort allowed us to check in early with a small fee and a room upgrade, i guess since there were empty rooms available but a great gesture from the staff. We also got contacts for dolphin boat tours and water sports from the staff.
Since the location is a bit secluded, it is hard to get taxis to go anywhere. Also, Goamiles doesn't work too well because of the secluded location. So, if you don't plan on renting a scooter or a car, it can get very annoying and very expensive very quick. Best bet, rent a vehicle since day 1 if you want to stay here and save yourself from the stress of dealing with the goa cabs all together.
The restaurant was really disappointing, the food was cold and barely any of the options on the menu were available. The server working there was too chatty for our comfort. The rest of the resort was quite nice!

Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staffs are very polite and helpful. If someone is looking for a quiet place to stay away from the crowd, then this is apt. Dinner and lunch (veg) taste good. Value for money.
Breakfast is one which can be better. The breakfast taste was not good.
