Dårlig servering i Brasseriet.

Værelset var dejligt stort Der var kaffemaskine Det var dejligt .Der var også karbad

Personalet i Brasserie var virkelig uhøflige .Da vi kom og ville bestille bord og sagde at vi gerne vil spise omkring 20. Eller 20.15 Det kunne ikke lade sig gøre køkkenet lukkede kl 20.30 .
Så vi måtte skynde os op på værelset og klæde om for at være nede at spise lidt i 20.
Da vi havde bestilt vores mad og drikkevarer var colaen doven ingen kulsyre .Det påtalte vi . tjeneren kunne ikke forstå vores klage og ville gå ud og smage Han kom retur og sagde at colaen intet fejlede 🤔 Min mand fik så en fanta Det var det samme 😩vi gad ikke diskutere mere med tjeneren så vi spise vores mad og bad om regningen .Den kom aldrig .Det der gjorde os sure var at der kom folk og bestilte mad helt frem til kl 20.30 .
Vi måtte gå ind i receptionen og be om at betale .De kunne ikke finde tjeneren så vi stod og ventede .endelig kom han .Det eneste han sagde var nåhhh det glemte jeg at komme med regningen .
Det var virkelig en dårlig oplevelse.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the surroundings were quiet.

Cons:

The property was very different from what we expected and we were disappointed with our stay. The atmosphere felt deserted, there was no elevator, and there was no working Wi-Fi.

The listing mentioned a sauna, but it was located in another building and guests were not allowed to use it or even view it. This was very confusing and misleading. Overall, the property did not match the description or our expectations.

Smagi vieta, geras maistas, patogu.
Pros:

Įspūdinga vieta, nerealiai galingai didelės patogios lovos. Pusryčiai geresni nei namuose. Čia pat pateikiamas iš vietinių avilių kopinėtas medus, šviežiai spaustos apelsinų sultys, super. Automobilį galima parkuoti bet kur. Prie pat viešbučio yra vietos kur galima buvo maudytis. O vaizdai į upę tik pridėjo malonumo.

Cons:

Nepatiko elektros automatinis atsijungimas, antrą naktį indiškos muzikos serenadų klausytojai nedavė ramiai išsimiegoti.

Nice and beautiful place but little annoying points

Breakfast was great and the location awesome

Cons:

The towels weren't changed to clean ones after using, even for a few days. Also the sheets of my pillows weren't replaced even tho it were very sweaty hot summer days. No new water and no new coffee or tea or bottle of water were renewed. We also weren't able to have the ventilator on while the lights were off. These are small details you wouldn't expect for what we paid.

Fehlende Info, dass man die Fähre benutzen muss, die nur bis 29 Uhr fährt und danach ein Umweg von über 30 Minuten anfällt.

Rundum gelungen :)
Pros:

Geschichtsträchtiges Haus mit allem Komfort und direkter Elblage, toll für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge oder lange Radtouren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir wurden kulinarisch bestens versorgt - sowohl in den Restaurants als auch an der Bar ;)
Unsere beiden Vierbeiner waren ebenfalls sehr willkommen, und es lagen schon Decken, Näpfe und Leckerlis auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten eine gemütliche Suite (Nr. 7) unterm Dach. Ein bisschen sportlich sollte man allerdings schon sein, denn rund 60 Stufen ohne Aufzug sind nicht für jedermann geeignet ;)
Eine kurze Pause kann man aber in der kleinen Sitzecke mit Nespresso oder Tee einlegen, nur eine Mini Bar fehlt.
Uns fehlte es trotzdem an nichts und wir haben unsere kleine Auszeit sehr genossen!
Fazit: Wir können das Zollenspieker Fährhaus allen sehr empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen!
