Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch für Vegetarier, die einiges nicht essen und man konnte an den Feiertagen bis 12:00, also außergewöhnlich lange frühstücken.
Die Pflegeprodukte im Bad waren hochqualitativ und super.
Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Elbe mit großzügiger Terrasse und spektakulärem Blick aufs Wasser.
Das Zimmer war sehr cosy eingerichtet.

Cons:

Der Einstieg in die Dusch-Badewanne war kriminell. Viel zu hoch und damit gefährlich.
Auch haben wir unsere direkten Nachbarn leider hören können. Teilweise konnten wir der Unterhaltung direkt folgen. Das störte beim Einschlafen und auch morgens wieder, da wir gerne länger geschlafen hätten.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war überraschend angenehm und wunderbar ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Da es ein Traditionshaus ist, muss man zum Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude wechseln – das war etwas ungewohnt, aber gut machbar. Ansonsten war wirklich alles ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Schön fand ich die guten Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Anbindungn nach Hamburg.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Matratze war sehr gut hab lange nicht mehr so gut im Hotel geschlafen.

Cons:

Das es keinen Fahrstuhl gab, ins Dachgeschoss mit 2 Koffern. Naja!
Und den Frühstückspreis von sage und schreibe 24€ Pro Person isst man nie ab.

Charming stay in old historic building with river views
Pros:

Beautiful old historic building that claims to be one of the oldest buildings in Hamburg. Has breathtaking views of the river, parking, and restaurants and bar on site. Hotel is located about an hour from the Hamburg airport and about 30 minutes from the city center.

Cons:

I had no issues with the property I would say having a car is a must because it is so far out of main part of the city. I visited in the winter but there was a notice that they do not have air conditioning in the summer. Our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator in the building. So if you have trouble with stairs or have a lot of luggage it may not be the best place for you.

Das war leider gar nichts!

Das Zimmer hat Charme, das war es dann aber auch schon!

Cons:

Spinnenweben in den Balken. Die Schranktür stand leider die ganze Zeit offen, da sie sich aufgrund des fehlenden Schlüssels nicht schließen ließ, keine Bademäntel oder Hausschuh wie angepriesen. Frühstück ist aufgrund der unpassenden Aufteilung des Frühstücksraumes Katastrophe! Tische dicht an dicht, Auswahl für die Preisklasse als außergewöhnlich angepriesen, mit steinharten mini Brötchen und furchtbares Gedränge am "Buffet "! Ständig kommt jemand und nimmt Geschirr vom Tisch, sodass man gar keine Ruhe zum essen hat.

Wir waren über den 50. Geburtstag meines Mannes im Hotel, diese Tatsache wurde leider komplett übergangen, keine nette Geste, keine Gratulation, da bekommt man vom Onlineshop sogar mal ne kleine Aufmerksamkeit, wenn diese Daten bekannt sind.
Auf die angekündigte Entschädigung für den abbestellten Zimmerservice warteten wir auch vergebens...
Alles in allem bin ich sehr enttäuscht was man heute an Service in einem gehobenen Hotel wohl erwarten kann! Uns haben Sie als Gäste ziemlich vergrault. Vielen Dank und ein gesundes neues Jahr! Hoffentlich können wir ein paar Gäste davon abhalten ihr Geld bei Ihnen zu lassen!
