Osborne Apartments

We stayed two nights at the Osbourne aparthotel Eastbourne

Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay.

The first floor apartment itself with its high ceilings was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem what so ever, just what we wanted.

The bed was super comfy and the shower room excellent, again everything you needed and well thought out. Even the heated towel rail worked a treat to dry and warm the towels etc.

The location of the apartments is excellent very close to the main beach and local restaurants plus an easy walk to the town centre. There is also plenty of free on street parking within easy reach.

Would definitely stay here again - Highly recommended

Great place to spend a few days, the room was excellent, spacious and clean and the staff were always happy to help with any questions as we had 2 children with us. Would happily stay here again, thanks Osbourne Apartments.

Windows couldn't be opened properly so room wasn't aired, and bed wasn't very comfortable. Internet was also very slow. Room felt quite warm without proper AC during the heatwave. On the positive side, staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

Very good. Not glamorous but had everything required

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed at reception by Sree, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He kindly offered to show me a few rooms to ensure I found the right fit. The first room he showed me turned out to be perfect—quiet, clean, and exactly what I was looking for.

The room itself was spotless, with a well-equipped, modern kitchenette featuring high-quality appliances. The bathroom was also impressive, with a great shower and a clean, contemporary design. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, which made the room even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained stay, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

JUST FANTASTIC check in - Shree was SO helpful and showed us our room and how to check out. It was incredible service. Loved the room, the kitchen and it was just wonderful. Will be staying again soon.

Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available.

My review James BREEN itwas quite welcoming the staff were interacting and giving the children fruit and just being friendly. The rooms were quite nice and clean didn’t didn’t even see a bit of dusk, and the other rooms near us were quite as a mouse. And me and my children and never like the showers but they are not just good showers but they are not just good they are the best hotel shower I’ve ever seen !!! There was soap and other stuff that are basic nurseries that you will need in life to take care of your body health and the beds were just good, the kitchen for macking teas,coffee and hot chocolates. And it was a nice and a friendly indictment and it’s really dog friendly if you have a dog and if you are ever wanting to explore eastborn with a dog or with out a dog then I would recommend going to Osborne apartment’s it was really fun so I would would rate it out of 10 7.5/10

The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is, im afraid we will have to look for somewhere else to stay when we come to Eastbourne to visit our family.

Had a friendly greeting, the gentleman at reception came and got our bags from the car and bought them in, he also upgraded our room if we wanted and we accepted. Lovely comfy beds and clean ironed bed linen. All items in kitchen what we needed and a tea/ coffee/ milk and sugar welcome pack. Will definitely go there again.

Staff we amazing - hospitable, friendly and really accommodating. They had great recommendations for the local area, the room was a great size for four people, and it was extremely clean. Great amenities available, and lovely surrounding area for food, pubs, and good vibes. Will definitely be returning here when I next visit!

We were welcomed after a long drive full of delays by very friendly and helpful staff who offered us an upgrade and directed us to a marvelous apartment. This was just a short stay but we liked it so much we are planning to come back and stay longer next time.

Nice staff

I liked the property's location, and the amenities inside the apartment were convenient. I would have liked more cleanliness inside the apartment, especially in the bedroom and the balcony, we couldn't use the balcony due to lack of cleanliness and safety.

Had a great bank holiday weekend. The apartment is walking distance to the promenade and sea. There are many options for restaurants which are all a short walk away. The apartments are in very good condition and there is plenty of room.

We didn’t arrive until early evening but the staff were so lovely and accommodating. There was a problem with the room but this was quickly rectified and check in was quick. The apartment 105/106 was lovely spacious and clean. The kitchen area was good and had everything we needed. We were very happy with it and the location was good and near to the beach and all the local facilities. Thumbs up.. 👍 We would defiantly stay here again!
