Pros:

O atendimento é correto. Mas, houve festa com musica alta e pessoas de fora, que não achei legal! Prefiro locais mais tranquilos.

Pros:

Bom lugar, limpo e organizado, porém a (pequena, 1km) estrada de terra na chuva fica bem esburacada e cheia de lama.

Staff educada e atencioso. Não tem recepção. Quando você entra lhe dão controle e chave do local.

Chalés bem aconchegantes. Amplo espaço de lazer.

NÃO TEM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, e o que eles recomendam pedir é BEM CARO para o que oferece. Não vale a pena mesmo! Os valores começam em R$ 165,00 (2 pessoas) com apenas itens básicos.

Recomendo para café da manhã o
SENSACIONAL "BISTRÔ SEU BENEDITÚ" na estrada indo para Santo Antônio do Pinhal (apenas 20 min de distância), que além de um espaço maravilhoso o preço nos surpreendeu... menos de R$ 60,00 por pessoa (poderiam até cobrar mais pelo que oferecem) em um buffet de 1ª qualidade inclusive com várias tortas, sucos, pães especiais, ovos e tapiocas feitos na hora, tudo a vontade, além de uma trilha sonora "lounge" top. Ficamos apaixonados pelo local e a cordialidade dos funcionários.

Pros:

As acomodações são boas, porém nao tivemos troca de toalhas, o hotel não dispoe de café da manhã, ficamos por mais de 24 horas sem energia eletrica, o que causou transtorno.
