Pros:

O café da manhã é incrível. No quarto tem água filtrada que é muito legal, parece um mini apartamento, camas bem confortáveis. Estacionamento. Café do Starbucks. Recepção com pessoas de excelente atendimento. Tem Piscina. Um lugar para usar tanto a lazer quanto a trabalho. O bairro é bem bom com vários restaurantes próximos e fácil de chegar na Faria Lima e shopping, uns 15 minutos de carro.

The front desk lady and the night auditor are amazing! Also Eduarda the housekeeper was amazing

Muito bom . Otimo atendimento da equipe do refeitorio : Isael / Joelma / Mara e Emily. Muito bem atendidos tambem pela equipe da recepção : Shirlei , Tabata , Tyler , Ana , Gustavo , Rafaele , Guilherme e Sr. Jurandir ( Valet )

tudo ok , apenas o cheiro do ovo expande pelo local / refeitorio , mas tudo bem

Great location and would stay again!
Pros:

Location is great. Very safe area with many food shops and stores in walking distance. Very clean sheets, towels etc. The gym and pool area are nice. The hotel itself is very quiet, not much noise on the room floors. Wifi great as well.

Cons:

The room isn't very dark at night. Extra light from the TV, AC, Fridge and Microwave are a bit annoying and you definitely need an eye mask. Additionally the fridge can be a little loud at night.

Pros:

Very comfortable room, I felt right at home. The hotel offers a lot of tiny things that complete your trip, like a dental kit and coffee machine, as well as a tap with filtered water to drink. Breakfast is convenient with lots of choices, and the gym and pool are nice to unwind after a day of exploring. There's even a small convenience store on-site. The top floor has an amazing view of the city.
