It was by the casino
Good hotel, quiet and comfortable but very odd electrics. Twice one night the lights randomly clicked and turned themselves off. Likewise sometimes a light just wouldn’t turn off in the bathroom. Minor things but overall a good hotel
The hotel is great for everymatter only minus is the entry and reception area which is quite small and not conveniently planned for such a big 5 star hotel.It was rather like 3 star hotel enterance.Besides there was no concierge ready to handle our suitcases on arrival and leave to help us therefore we had to carry them up and down by ourselves and to the taxi during the check-in and check-out.This was rather like hostel wise rather then a 5 start famous brand hotel.
The staff were cold and unhelpful, I asked beforehand if the hotel was pet-friendly and they confirmed. I came with my domesticated house-trained dog, the staff asked for additional cage or bedding (not a requirement of the hotel).
The lobby staff seemed to be talking amongst themselves rather than available to help you for a request or if you are trying to check-in or out.
The hotel states it has parking, this is not true. There is publicly available parking that you have to pay at the parking terminal with cash only (with no direct access or association to the hotel). The hotel has nothing to do with the public parking and do not help in any way.
The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, the cleaning staff were helpful and polite.
Do not trust what the hotel has stated in their amenities, they rely on the surrounding area (which has nothing to do with them) to list things not associated with them and they wont help you in this regard either.
Had a lovely stay, although TV needs to be looked at. Great location, staff and just felt safe and clean. Really recommend.
