Pros:

Isabelle and Krystal were absolutely amazing! Very friendly and professional. They told us about places to go and places to eat! The hotel was good but our experience with these 2 girls made it 5 Stars!

Nothing location is great hotel is nice

Clean comfy and great location, easy to park..
Pros:

Clean and comfy.

Cons:

Doors were difficult to unlock. Sensors were very tricky. direct TV didn’t work. Very very noisy property.

I booked my room through booking. Com
When I arrived, I was given a room that I didn't purchase. The listing was missed advertised. The staff acted like it was my problem and it was common. After multiple trips to the front counter they finally worked with me but wanted to charge me more. Each night we had alarms going off in the room next to us all night. When we called the desk to let them know, they hung up.

Seems like ti is the best Hotel in Eureka, NV
Pros:

I like the Size of the Rooms. Also took advantage of the Breakfast and the Laundry Facilities. You can walk to most of the town from the Hotel.

Cons:

No elevator to haul your items up to the second floor (if you’re on the second floor).

Room and location was great. Room was very clean and cool. Highly recommend

Cons:

When arriving the front desk did not greet, even after we said, "Hello". She sat there staring at me. Then i said, "Were here to check in"- still no comment.
Cant believe they are in the service industry.
They did not inform us about breakfast, or any of facilities. Extremely disappointed with customer service.
