Excelent hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean, our room as well, we loved that was in a good location, so we can travel to dallas or other places that we wanted to visit. Staff friendly and kind.

Didn't eat, just coffee.

Something on tub bottom not make it so slick. I'm a senior citizen and didn't want to fall.

The hotel was fresh clean and fun! We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Great breakfast with lots of options! Also loved the 24/7 coffee station! The room was clean, bright and beautifully designed. I especially loved the bathroom with all the amenities of wonderful shampoo, conditioner and body wash right in the shower. No need to bring my own! In the lobby my husband and I played the available games and found lots of cozy spots to read. I’ll stay here again!

It was good but teach the front desk person to help it’s customers instead of disappointing them

My grandson had an accident on the bed he’s three years old and learning to potty and the front desk person wouldn’t give us any new sheets.. what happed to going above and beyond when the cleaning people were on our floor cleaning … so I had to go buy stuff to clean the sheets myself- poor customer service

Pros:

Location was fantastic for where we needed to be. Close restaurants- love Bjs Brewery ate their two nights (please add to your helpful restaurant board!) Although we didn't make breakfast, it was lovely to have it included. Premises was open and clean- lovely to arrive. Rooms were clean, smelt great and were spacious. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again, if we were in that area.

We'd stay there again, despite a couple of shortfalls.
Pros:

Great bed and very good shower. Also very good TV. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

Toilet was built for the 7 dwarfs. Man, it was low to the ground. And the breakfast was less than inspiring.

Everything was fine except I booked a handicapped accessible room, and did not get an accessible room.

Cons:

I booked an handicapped accessible room, drove 30 minutes out of the way to get it. Just to be told after arriving that the room was not an accessible room. Made for a very miserable stay.

Awesome, will stay again! Honestly review
Pros:

I loved the temperature controlled indoor pool. It was perfect for my toddler's first time in a pool. The location was perfect for our needs. We went to the peppa pig theme park and it was a 3 minute drive. The beds were comfortable. The whole hotel smelled clean. There was an ice machine on our floor which was convenient. The room was spacious enough for my toddler to be content and not feel trapped. Overall it was a great stay, we plan to use this hotel again!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't my favorite but that is totally a personal choice. I would prefer waffles, they had pancakes. I would prefer bacon, they had sausage patties.
