Great bed and very good shower. Also very good TV. Everything was very clean.
Toilet was built for the 7 dwarfs. Man, it was low to the ground. And the breakfast was less than inspiring.
only negative was they are not aware of gluten free products/bread
It was good
Location
The air conditioner was not working, contacted front desk on several.occasions and nothing was corrected.
Everything was fine except I booked a handicapped accessible room, and did not get an accessible room.
I booked an handicapped accessible room, drove 30 minutes out of the way to get it. Just to be told after arriving that the room was not an accessible room. Made for a very miserable stay.
Friendly people and close to my Dr office.
All good
location
Rooms have paper thin walls, you can hear everything.
If staying over 2 nights, room service is every other day, not to mention you only get one set of towels.
I loved the temperature controlled indoor pool. It was perfect for my toddler's first time in a pool. The location was perfect for our needs. We went to the peppa pig theme park and it was a 3 minute drive. The beds were comfortable. The whole hotel smelled clean. There was an ice machine on our floor which was convenient. The room was spacious enough for my toddler to be content and not feel trapped. Overall it was a great stay, we plan to use this hotel again!
* this is a REAL review, I get nothing in return for this *
The breakfast wasn't my favorite but that is totally a personal choice. I would prefer waffles, they had pancakes. I would prefer bacon, they had sausage patties.
I liked the smell of the body wash and when I asked for more the house keeping got me what I needed to clean my own room I looked under the bed it was messy from previous guest. There was muck around the shampoo conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was good. The front desk needs to do their job better. Like answer the phone. Or when guest ask for help with soap perhaps look around instead of saying you don't have it because you're too lazy too look for it yourself. Or telling me where the wrapped plastic cups are for the coffee in the front instead of getting the cups you know go on that desk. The difference is the ones for the room had plastic wrap the ones down stairs are ready to use for coffee. The lady at the front desk was so lazy I should not have to do her job because she doesn't want to get off her butt and get the cups. Period. She's getting paid to sit there. Guest shouldn't have to do that. You're fixing to find out the effects of negative reviews. I worked housekeeping for the Hampton inn and the room I was given at Tru by Hilton was sad. Everything swept under the bed. Majority of housekeeping only speaks Spanish-thats not a problem. The problem was I saw housekeeping being more respectful than the front desk. Housekeeping helped me make my bed by replacing sheets off their cart for me so I could clean my room myself. With that language barrier they still managed to understand what I was requesting and they were so sweet about it. The housekeeper on the 4th floor took her time to try to understand me and that speaks volumes to me. If anyone deserves praise in this building it's those ladies working on the rooms because her just taking the time to understand me meant something. She deserves a FAT tip. But your front desk lady needs to be replaced. I'll put an application in.

The privacy
We've stayed at Tru before and had a great stay. The beds are comfortable
The front desk couldn't make keys. So she had to walk us up to our room. Which meas we couldn't leave. Our room also only had 2 settings. 69 or 98 and it was 45 degrees outside
