Rooms were nicer

Cons:

Irratic turndown service. Was the told 3 days in that its request only after 2 complaints. This information was not shared at check-in and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast chaotic…waiting 20 mins for hot drinks. Drinks forgotten.

A very special hotel
Pros:

All staff were extremely friendly and attentive, facilities were clean and of a high, luxurious standard. Our room was outstanding and kept extremely clean with all the facilities and touches that you would expect of a hotel of this level. It really felt like a special place to stay, not least of all because of the most comfortable bed and wow-bathroom!

It was great and my partner and I really enjoyed it
Pros:

Everything was fully as expected and the views were amazing. The water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, given the time of the year.

Cons:

Too little communication about the nightly bond fee of $200 - the suite was expensive and the additional expense was an unwelcome surprise. More communication about this during the booking phase would be recommended

Next Level Luxury
Pros:

OMG, from start to finish my stay was awesome, above anything I expected. Breakfast; Lunch and Dinner at the Ritz was perfect; it has a kids meal menu for all meals. In Room service, exceptional. THE VIEW AMAZING. The pool WOW. Wellness Centre, hot stone massage next level awesome. And was lucky for a late check out. IM COMING BACK for sure. My daughter would love her next birthday there lolss I’m considering it big time.
