Amazing stay highly recommended - watch out for breakfast fees lol
Pros:

Staff are very efficient and kind and go above and beyond - I witnessed some quite entitled demanding guests while staying and staff were so graceful and professional. Truly a tribute to the company.

Cons:

Bit of an issue - was told my booking included breakfast upon check in, went for breakfast we asked again to make sure it was included, then they asked us to sign a document/bill after breakfast which we then asked to confirm again that it was covered in our booking they said yes - then when we checked out were asked to pay for breakfast! The customer service person was very kind and waived the fee yet we were uncomfortable as we were not trying to get something for nothing and would have made a more conscious choice .

Pros:

Novel idea having to take lift to floor 80 to reception but worthwhile with the views while checking in. Room was good.

Cons:

$1400 for a “normal” room with a reasonable view is crazy over priced, we’ve had just as good for half that cost. Late night cocktail lounge is very underwhelming like it’s just been squeezed in.
