We had a great time at Sure Stay by Best Western. All the staff was very curteous, humble and polite. Rooms were well kept and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of food options and made to order omelettes were available. Dharmendra singh and Pankaj made us feel special.

Hotel charges you even for small requests like cutlery. I believe these kind of informations should be informed well in advance because this doesnt even shows up on their official website.

Hotel room was clean. Wifi was good. Easy to find on main road. Rooms nice and quiet. breakfast very good as were staff.
Room was a bit smaller than expected and especially for this class of hotel. Hot water was only warm on first couple of days. All the cable channels were on a fee basis. (as far as English is concerned anyway)
The property is close to sightseeing places.
Based on my experience, if I visit Kathmandu again, I would stay at this property. I would also recommend this hotel to others.
