Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, pas de réduction proposé par la réception pour compenser

Les espaces communs, l’attention du personnel

Cons:

Une eau chaude qui met 15 min à arriver dans la douche ou qui n’arrive simplement pas, même après 30 min à laisser l’eau couler.

La vista, el diseño del lugar y de la habitación

Cons:

El servicio de comida deja mucho que desear, sobretodo si eres local (de México), de igual forma, la luz de noche es muy limitada, llega a ser peligroso no poder ver bien el camino hacia tu habitación

Secluded oasis minutes from SMA.
Pros:

Our Habitas San Miguel is a secluded oasis. Even though it's only a 10 minute away from the historic city centre, you feel like you are in the middle of nature. The facilities, amenities, food and drinks, and service were all fantastic. Our entire stay was flawless, and every member of the Habitas team went out of their way to make us feel special.

O alojamento tem potencial para ser um resort de muita qualidade. Decoração dos espaços comuns muito bonita.
Pequeno almoço agradável embora repetitivo.

Cons:

Talvez por estarem poucas pessoas hospedadas, não fui informada nem me apercebi de terem sido realizadas qualquer das actividades anunciadas.
Muitos insectos, também no interior do quarto.

Privacy and friendly staff.

Cons:

The bungalows were elevated and every time you walked the floor would make a creeking sound (waking us up), no coffee maker, no hair dryer, wifi very spotty. Very expensive for what they offered in the complex.

Feels like home
Pros:

This was the most relaxing, welcoming hotel experience I've ever had. I felt like I was returning to my own home, or to the home of a dear friend due to the comfortability, atmosphere and friendly staff at Our Habitas. Thank you to the whole team including Julio, Gustavo, Ivan and Mary for being such attentive hosts and making our stay so flawless.
The programming is a nice touch that is included in the stay. They have activities including yoga, cocktail making, the cinema club and music sessions. You're never bored, furthermore I feel these activities really help to maintain and uphold your personal intentions set during the welcome ceremony. Very unique! The access to La Playita Beach Club is also notable.
The hotel is a little bit further out of downtown San Miguel, but it's such a pleasure to live at a slower pace while still having everything at your doorstep. I will definitely return to Our Habitas San Miguel de Allende.
