Location was great, the room was exceptional, and the shower was probably my favorite feature!
施設、設備自体は新しく清潔感があり快適ですが、今回は床（カーペット）の清掃が不十分でした。
ラウンジにはスナックとドリンクがあり、無料で楽しめますが、朝食があれば、より満足度が高い宿泊になったと思います。
フロアごとの客室が少ないので、静かでゆっくり過ごせる環境だと思います。交通の便もよく、旅行には適していると思います。
あとは個人的な希望ですが、ワークデスクがあればいいなと感じました。

Location was good and the room was clean and tidy but the wooden floor was noisy with every step.
Location was great - far enough away from the glitzy main station area but close enough. Room was well appointed but a little small. We had 3 suitcases which was a squeeze to accommodate comfortably. The breakfast /snacks were disappointing, but the location is surrounded by hundreds of bars/cafes/restaurants of all types within easy walking distance. It's a good hotel option for being in downtown Fukuoka.
Great location. New property. Excellent service from staff who helped arrange transport, baggage and delivery of our purchases while we went away for a week before checking back into hotel again.

入住時女員工有說有附早餐，在訂房時也有確認過是有早餐
但是隔天要去吃早餐時，餐廳沒人服務
特地下去1樓詢問，男員工卻說我們沒有早餐？！
因為語言不通，第一次想說是不是搞錯了，第二次還用翻譯軟體詢問
男員工堅持我們沒有附早餐
不知道是不是哪裡出問題了
提醒大家訂房時要多確認一下

Great location. The staff was attentive and easy to communicate with. Breakfast could be better, but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed my stay.
Room rate was a bit expensive for what it is but loved the shoji doors. Hotel was walkable to most places.
