**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! 🚫🏨**
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was appalling— the front desk staff were incredibly rude. My room was dirty, with cockroaches scuttling across the floors and in the restrooms. To make matters worse, the toilet paper was nearly gone, the beds felt like something out of a prison cell, and the pillows reeked of smoke. The towels were embarrassingly small.
Additionally, the surrounding area was a major concern; it felt unsafe and resembled a slum, almost like a drug den. Please, do yourself a favor and do not book a stay here!

Dirty shower curtain, you can't shower unless you hold the shower head in your hand.
For the price, it was great. No frills, but we were very happy for the one night we stayed and will stay there again the night before flying home.
Shower curtain bottom part dirty. Shower head very trucky to use. It aims only to the wall. O had a hatd time keeping the spray inside the bathing area.

Hotel is on a quiet side street that taxis may not know. Have a map handy. It is close to SM City Mall and there's a convenient small shopping area nearby. I had a large room with window to hotel parking. Basic. Reception/staff are great.

It was a great stay. Beat my expectation. Great area all around.
I have no issue with the room and staff. The noisy neighbours are the deal breakers for me. Dogs barking all night, roosters and loud music even at 3am.
The hotel is too old and nearly broken. The water faucet is broken, water pressure is not acceptable. There is no hair dryer or clean flip flop for customers. Their blanket is too thin and small that is not even enough for one person, let alone a double bed size.
The only good thing is their rooms are spacious.
