This property has everything you need for a comfortable and clean stay.
Pros:

This is our third time visiting a Lagom property (twice at the other location and first time here). Da Nang has changed quickly over the last few years but the Lagom properties have always been a nice, comfortable, familiar place to stay, and we have always found the staff super helpful and friendly over the years. The rooms are fitted with everything for a relaxing, clean, and quiet stay. The balconies are a nice feature but are also visibly open to the neighboring balcony. The washing machine on the balcony is super convenient and includes powder detergent and a drying rack. There are ceiling fans, an oscillating fan (moveable), and A/C. The room includes sheer curtains and blackout curtains. Each side of the bed was equipped with a nightstand, but only one side included power outlets for charging. We have found the beds at the Lagom properties super comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need (including water sprayer), although I might prefer the other property's enclosed shower as opposed to this one's open bath/shower (no curtain), as I usually tried to keep the rest of the bathroom (including towels and toilet paper) dry when I showered. The lobby usually had guests playing games at night during our week stay but glass helped keep the noise down. There is an elevator as well as stairs for access. Just around the corner is Bamboo Bob for coffee or wine or working, which is a place we usually hit up daily when we stay in Da Nang.

Cons:

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros:

The location is great. Easy to get to the airport. Easy to find restaurants and mini mart. The staff were great at communicating. My family loved staying in the 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well decorated. We tried the restaurant downstairs by the lobby. It was excellent! We will stay here again next time we visit Da Nang.

Cons:

I wish we could have stayed longer!
The only problem I had was with the bath tub/shower. It was a little tricky to get in and out of because it's raised up and there is nothing to hold onto when climbing in and out. The water goes everywhere when you shower. Not sure how this can be improved. Possibly by adding a small step stool and maybe some kind of curtain?

房間空間很大還有小廚房

Cons:

1.浴室的抽風很大聲
2.房間有開冷氣還是覺得很潮濕
3.浴巾真的滿破爛的（後來自己去商場買了一條使用）

入住的时候一个女生的服务本来感觉还不错，退房那天我们因为出发的时间比较晚，所以想问一下是不是可以稍晚一个小时之类的退房，因为东西比较多，也想吃了中饭再出发，这个女生立刻说不行，应该是没有去做下一位客人的入住时间的确认动作，然后在12点整的时候立刻敲门说时间到了，需要马上离开她们要打扫，虽然还算礼貌的界面，但是给人的感觉真的不太好，多一分钟都没有等待……

Great for a longer stay in Da Nang.
Pros:

The location and the apartments itself were great! The rooms were spacious, the pool a great feature for when you’re too lazy to go to the beach. The staff was always trying their best to help us.

Cons:

Two minor things could be improved: the linens and towels seemed old and need to be replaced. The kitchen could be equipped a little better. The flat do 4 persons has 4 plates, which becomes problematic when you cook and want to serve the food on additional plates. As well there were only 4 cups but no glasses. All things that can be corrected very easily.

Nice homey apartment
Pros:

Great location, short walk to the beach and lots of food options nearby.
Looks just like the photos, very warm and inviting decor.
We requested an extra pillow for the bed and this was no problem.
Nice quiet spot with minimal traffic or construction noise

Cons:

The bed linen and towels are quite threadbare. There was a very thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan which caused a few sneezing fits.

Nice room and area but hotel was about double what other comparable hotels nearby cost
Pros:

Location, the room was as advertised, nice room. Quite area close to everything

Cons:

Only 2 chairs at pool and both were broken. Towels were in poor shape
A bit of mild in tub
Outside area was dirty, while properties on either side of hotel were kept tidy
Had to request water and coffee daily

Good rooms in great location!
Pros:

We booked the appartement at the top of the hotel which was very nice with a nice terrasse and a nice view!
Everything was very clean and renovated.
6min from the beach and a lot of good restaurants near by! Quite calm during the night (we even slept with the windows open - which is rare in Vietnam because of the noise).
The people working at the reception were lovely!

Cons:

The bathtub/shower could use a curtain or a glass in order to avoid wetting the entire bathroom.
The room was quite humid too but if you open the windows it helps…
If you have the top floor appartement, you can hear people swimming in the swimming pool in the afternoon.

Отличные апартаменты с балконом и кухней.

Cons:

Наволочки на подушках чистые, но пора заменить, поистерлись. Также не смогли найти нам бокалы для вина - мне раньше во всех отелях давали бокалы под вино, это первый отель, где не смогли предоставить.
