전화 했더니 픽업예약이 없다고함 기사 미팅장소 요금까지 메일을 다받았는데도..
그러더니 옆에 있는 남자직원이 받아서 기사를 좀더 기다리라고 해서 제일 늦게 만나서 타고 호텔에 왔는데 미안하다1는 말도없음. 직들 교체시켜야한다 / 1

Pros:

Классные панорамные окна и огромная ванная нас устроила. Очень хорошо было так же с бассейном на крыше.му попали когда был шторм и на море было грязно, когда бассейн работал и погода позволяла можно было удачно полежать у шезлонгов с видом на город .отличный большой номер
Приветственные фрукты тоже порадовали, переселялись сюда из отеля выше классом, там такого не было .

Cons:

Как и во многих 4х, постельное менялось кажется один раз за весь период проживания( полотенца менялись регулярно)
В остальном для 4ки это очень достойный вариант, не хуже 5 звезд

Jag är en ensamresande man på 50 och detta är uteslutande det bästa hotellet jag någonsin har bott på. Jag bor normalt på en ganska modest standard men Vietnam har låtit mig bo på bra hotell till ett bra pris. Här kände jag mig som en kung. Personalen hade en hyfsad till bra eller mycket bra nivå av engelska. Hotellet skriker lyx. Poolen testade jag aldrig men var på plats för att titta på den och den var fin. Läget är bra. Ca 300-400 meter från huvudgatan och "bargatan". Samt 600(?) meter till stranden. Hotellet är knappt ett år gammalt så har ännu inte hunnit bli slitet.

Finns en våg på rummet. Samt två badrockar.

Cons:

Även om frukosten var bred så önskade jag lite mer av den även om det finns extremt mycket att ta av den. Det finns extremt mycket att välja på.

Nice clean hotel, nice staff, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was it felt they tried to manipulate us with fake discounts. For example, at the spa: 50% for hotel residents, but massage are around 900k-1'000k vnd. And in every other places, massages are 400-500k. So being a hotel resident gives you the privilege of paying the same (if not a little bit more) than in any other spa. (And they add a 3% service fee afterwards, which could have easily been included in the price from the start, like they do everywhere else).
Same for "happy hour": regular menu, cocktails around 100k, happy hour menu, exact same cocktail: 180k, but buy one get one free.
I personally don't like that kind of dishonest practices. Without that, easy 10/10 rating.

Vriendelijk personeel, prachtig hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt. Door de storm helaas niet het zwembad kunnen gebruiken maar dat zag er prachtig en goed verzorgd uit. De kamers waren een en al luxe!

Luxe prima gelegen hotel
Pros:

De locatie, faciliteiten en uitstraling van het hotel waren uitstekend, het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed, het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Een dergelijk groot hotel is altijd wat minder persoonlijk. Aan het ontbijt kon je zogenaamde vruchtensappen krijgen, maar dat was allemaal zeer zoete limonade en helemaal geen vruchtensap.
