Cons:

Hotel is no longer operating. Wasted time And money looking for alternative accommodation. Told booking .com about it and they said they'd get back to me in 24hrs, and got no reply after my complaint. All in all, pretty shitty experience.

Pleasant spot to spend a few days.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, with a few options to choose from. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool was a nice refreshing addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was quite a bit removed from the old town. Some might find that to be too far, but we really liked that it was away from the hustle of the busy old town. It was an easy walk or taxi ride into town.

Cons:

Although I had booked my room weeks in advance, on the day of my arrival they did not have a room for me. They initially offered to find me a room at another hotel close by but failed to do so. I was able to stay with my friends in the same hotel for one night until my room was ready. They hadn't adjusted the bill automatically when it was time to check out - they would have charged me for that night.

Cons:

Man sollte vorsichtig sein, wenn man mehrere Leistungen (wie Wäscheservice, Ausflüge oder Transport) über die Unterkunft bucht. Die Abrechnung erfolgt oft erst am Ende, und wir haben leider zu spät festgestellt, dass uns deutlich zu viel berechnet wurde. Außerdem wurden wir ziemlich unter Druck gesetzt, bei einer befreundeten Schneiderin Kleidung anfertigen zu lassen.

Außerdem roch es muffig und man sieht Schimmelspuren an den Wänden.

Remote location was quiet.

Cons:

Did not like the service. Breakfast was mediocre. Had a simple breakfast the first night. The following day there was no one around to make breakfast. We left the next day no refund. We had booked for one month. Took our losses.

Amazing, would book again
Pros:

The host was so lovely and she really took her time to give suggestions to us. The breakfast was also amazing each time, and the location was so peacefull, just little walk away from the city

Cons:

We had no cleaning for all the 5 days we stayed there, and no new towels.

Hôtel assez loin du centre mais bien équipé mais chambre indisponible
Pros:

L'emplacement était bien ainsi que la qualité de l'hôtel et du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le fait que la chambre dont nous devions disposer ait été annulée la veille est une chose que l'on peut comprendre mais nous réserver dans l'hôtel d'à côté la chambre la pire possible pour une seule nuit alors que nous en avons payé 3, alors que nous avions bien insisté pour avoir les mêmes conditions.
Nous avons dû exiger le remboursement de 2 nuits non passées (puisque le second hôtel était complet les 2 nuit suivantes) et trouver un hôtel plus cher moins bien placé car réservé au dernier moment.
Bien compréhensif qu'une chambre puisse au dernier moment ne pas être louable la moindre des choses est de permettre au client d'être au moins aussi bien logé voir mieux.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Aussicht auf den Fluss war schön.

Cons:

Als wir unser Zimmer betreten haben, lag ein sehr muffiger Geruch in der Luft und es hat extrem nach Schimmel gerochen. Diesen konnte man vor allem im Badezimmer auch sehen. Trotzdessen, dass wir die gesamte Zeit über unser Fenster und die Balkontür offen gelassen haben, wurde der Geruch nicht besser. Daher haben wir nach einem neuen Zimmer gefragt. Da sie die Nacht ausgebucht waren, wurde uns versichert, dass wir am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer bekommen könnten. Am nächsten Vormittag haben wir dann die Nachricht erhalten, dass wir doch kein neues Zimmer bekommen könnten, weil sie komplett ausgebucht wären. Nachdem hatte ich dann darum gebeten, dass wir früher auschecken. Dies hat nach einem langen hin und her dann erfreulicherweise funktioniert. Sodass wir nach der einen Nacht ohne Mehrkosten die Unterkunft wechseln konnten. Eine andere Unterkunft hätte uns vermutlich einiges an Stress erspart. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Breakfast was a joke but not a funny one. I just had coffee bread, butter and jam. The coffee was undrinkable, I thought the milk had gone off. I informed (in sign language) the lady who had served me and she replaced it, muttering under her breath (in Vietnamese), the text was lost on me but the tone and body language were not. The second cup was bad too. As for the bread butter and jam, it was the usual plastic containers, the jam was jam in name only. I skipped breakfast the following day.

Cons:

The manager was absent most of the time. There was nobody to talk to about anything. She reappeared at check-out time to collect the money.

bon emplacement mais gros manque de nettoyage
Pros:

- très bon accueil des hôtesses, petit déjeuner correct qui permet de rencontrer les autres clients
- la localisation au calme face a la rivière, a 15min à pied du centre
- lits confortables
- le service taxi pratique pour aller à l’aéroport (350k)

Cons:

malheureusement bcp de choses n’allaient pas :
- l’humidité et les fortes odeurs, ma sœur fait de l’asthme, ça a été des nuits compliquées
- la saleté au sol, sur les étagères, les toiles d’araignées, les taches d’humidité sur les murs dans les chambres
- les parties communes sales (sol, table dehors…) la lanterne trouée c’est dommage à Hoi An
- le point d’eau qui n’est pas une piscine
- les vélos en très mauvais état qui méritent d’être graissés et nettoyés (ça nous a fait perdre du temps le matin…)

un grand nettoyage est plus que nécessaire, ainsi que des nettoyages quotidiens!
