Overall well manged
The staff was very friendly, and helpful especially Manel!
- Location and views from the hotel are nice
- staff is very helpful, esp Aika who checked us in, our waiter for dinner and all the pool staff
- food is much better than we expected. We didn’t have dinner buffet because of light occupancy, but portions were huge
- life music for dinner: the guy who plays saxophone is phenomenal, his performance is absolutely fantastic
- hotel is new and so are all the facilities
- music choice was amazing for the pool, dj knew what he was doing
- prices for cocktails are up and through the roof. We paid 375 aed for 2 gin tonics, 1 mojito and 1 cosmo. It’s 25$ per cocktail fyi
- vinegar in fattoush salad is strong enough to clean the rust of Titanic
- ac in the room is out of control. We set it for 23’C and woke up with 20’C
-windows have 0 isolation. If you neighbor decided to have a discussion at 1 am on the balcony, you will hear every single word of his
- teach the new lady how to make new key rooms. She failed to make a working key twice and we almost missed the boat
- emergency flashlight in the room 242 doesn’t work lol
We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for unwinding, and one of the highlights was the temperature-controlled pool — it was huge, well-maintained, and ideal for spending long, comfortable hours swimming and relaxing. A big plus is that swimming in the beach is allowed 24 hours a day, which made the experience even more special and convenient.
The front desk staff were excellent — very welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the overall experience even better.
One area that could use some improvement is the room balcony. It felt a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. With a bit of renovation and better upkeep in this area, the stay would be close to perfect
The property has a great atmosphere and design, and the Valentine’s dinner was very enjoyable. The overall ambience and facilities made for a pleasant stay once we were settled.
The check-in experience was very poor. We waited between two and three hours just to be seen, and the check-in system appeared extremely slow. Many other guests we spoke to had the same issue, which suggests the process needs significant improvement.
