All good except for journey on boat. Both onwards and return. And Ahsan!!!!!

I liked everything about the property except for the checkin and the checkout process. The checkin and checkout process especially journey through boat, both onward and return journey were very painful.

The checkin and checkout process especially journey through boat, both onward and return journey were very painful. It was 40 C and in the onward journey, the station where you onward the boat was changed from Al wasl station to sheikh Zayed marine transport station. And I was not informed at all. This was my 2nd visit to Voco Monaco. 1st time- without informing, the station was changed to Al wasl. Hence I had a lot of trouble coming to Al wasl station. This time I went to Al wasl and I had to walk from that station to the main station and that was a 15min walk at 40C. And in the return journey now, after checkout happened at reception, one person Mr Ahsan from the boat was again claryfying with all the passengers if they made the final payment!!!!!! And again we ended up standing in the sun at 40C for 20min. So operations wise at the boat it’s a mess. Mr Ahsan from the boat and the manager operations need to be taken to task. What’s the meaning of checking with the passenger on payment after checkout at reception?????? That to in hot sun in front of the boat at 40C???????. Extremely poor!!!!!!

Fantabulous Staycation , Super Awesome
Pros:

Really liked the Team at thenConcierge , Mr Ram was so helpful and so was the other service team, Sukaina at the restaurant was fab. The senior management Andrei and Manohar were so so kind and accommodating to all our request with personal touch ,
Really they all made it our super fun staycation and will recommend you all must go !!!!!!!! Entertainment the rain the breakfast vibe Super ! super !!

Cons:

the service at the sea food restaurant was very very slow and staff were so less there was lot of time taken may be it was eid and and too much rush , but can put 1/2 staff on peak dinner times to avoid this

From the moment I arrived at voco Monaco Dubai, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is stunning — a true escape from the city with its beautiful beach, vibrant atmosphere, and French Riviera charm.
The entire team was warm, attentive, and professional throughout my 2-day stay. Special mention goes to Mr. Salim, whose check-in assistance, friendly hospitality, and problem-solving attitude truly went above and beyond — he made sure every detail was taken care of and that I felt at home from the very first moment.
I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury island getaway in Dubai
