The location is great. Walking distance from the trainstation and the indoor carpark gets you right into the hotel lobby. But there was nobody there :-/ I don't know if there's usually somebody at the front desk or is it always self check-in and -out. In any case it is a good hotel.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there wasn't anybody at the front desk and the bar/restaurant was closed too. Not ideal if you're there for the weekend and wanting to have a drink before going out.

Gutes Hotel, komplizierter Selbst-Checkin !
Pros:

Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Der Checkin hat leider einmal mehr Probleme bereitet, da die Zimmerkarte nicht geladen werden konnte. Erst nach telefonischer Hilfe hat es geklappt. Ein Online Checkin von zu Hause wäre sinnvoller. Zudem ist es unverständlich, dass ich beim 3.Besuch des Hotels immer noch alle meine Daten neu eingeben musste....

Frühstück war gut Auswahl ausreichend nur habe ich diesmal Eierspeise vermisst gab nur harte kalte Eier wenn man das Personal darauf angesprochen hat haben sie gemeint das es keine Eierspeise gibt auch nicht gegen extra Bezahlung schade da ich wusste es hat es immer gegeben

Für eine Nacht eine tolle Unterkunft direkt beim Bshnhof Arbon.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Juniorsuite mit Seesicht und schöner Terrasse dazu..Tolles Parking für CHF 12.- für eine Nacht. Modernes neues Hotel.

Cons:

Schade waren die Fenster nicht so gut Schallisoliert. Die ganze Nacht hörten wir Verkehr und manchmal die Züge durchfahren im Bahhof Arbon. Zudem sollte wenigstens in der Kategorie Juniorsuite eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sein.

Un hôtel sans aucune âme et sans charme.
Pros:

Chambre avec balcon

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure annoncée.
Les brise soleil étaient hors service et cela depuis un certain temps.
Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie ne pas proposer un accueil avec des personnes physiques est certes moderne mais absolument pas convivial de plus cela ne se traduit pas par un tarif véritablement inférieur aux autres hôtels.
