Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wenngleich das personallose Einchecken gewöhnungsbedürftig war.
Pros:

Die Wellnessetage mit 24h Saunabetrieb und von dort aus der Blick auf den Bodensee war wirklich toll.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Das Badezimmer war effizient, aber gleichzeitig sehr angenehm gestaltet. Ein echtes Highlight war das wirklich kalte (Berg?-) Wasser, welches man beim Regeln auf Kaltwasser aus der Dusche genießen kann.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Der Kaffee war exzellent und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Schade, dass es beim Frühstück kein Rührei oder Spiegelei gab.
Das personallose Einchecken war gewöhnungsbedürftig, besonders das Selektieren bzw. das Eingeben von Umlauten auf dem Touchpad zum Check-in war eine kleine Herausforderung.

Alles Ok! Schneller und unkomplizierter Check in / Check out

Das Zimmer und Bad sind geräumig. Es war sehr heiss und das Raumklima war angenehm.

Cons:

Eine kleine Zimmerbar und Wasserkocher mit Kaffee/Tee wäre toll gewesen.

Terrible check-in process.
Self check which consistently glitched we had to manually enter in all passport numbers for four people as we had two rooms. Then the system would glitch and we would have to do it all over again.Keys kept deactivating themselves. No person on site to help. Also, while we were checking in at around nine o’clock, there were a number of people coming and going on motorcycles for short periods of time. The elevators smelled of marijuana. The bicycle storage area was completely full and we had to cram in our 4 e-bikes. There was no place to charge the bikes in the storage area.
Rooms were very hot as sun was shining in all day with open curtains until we arrived. No A/C.
Did not feel comfortable leaving door open to get a through draft due to smell of marijuana and people coming and going and there being no one at the front desk.

Großes Zimmer

Wir hatten ein Komfort Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert um abends draußen sitzen zu können, leider war die Jalousie die nach unten gefahren war kaputt, so konnten wir den Balkon nicht betreten und die schöne Aussicht auf den See war uns auch verwehrt. Da wir abends erst im Hotel waren haben wir den Schaden nächsten Tag gemeldet, telefonisch da es ja Smart ist und kein Mensch im Hotel ist. Darauf hin kam eine Putzkraft, die uns den Schaden an der Jalousie bestätigte, sie sagte Sie würde es weiter melden und wir bekämen Nachricht. Leider haben wir danach nichts mehr gehört. Wenn Smart dann bitte auch bei Mängeln smart reagieren. Das funktionierte leider nicht.
