Schönes und komfortables Hotel
Cons:

Leider zur Zeit eine grosse Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus, da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür. Was hingegen wirklich nicht gut war, ist dass kein Hinweis bei der Reservation ist, dass es sich um ein Self-Ceck-In handelt. Sonst hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht.
Ich war dann telefonisch mit jemandem verbunden, der mir beim Check-In geholfen hat. Das war okay soweit. Leider haben weder dieser Herr am Telefon, noch derjenige mit dem ich einen Tag zuvor telefoniert hatte, gewusst, dass die Parkplätze der Baustelle zum Opfer gefallen sind...

Zentrale Lage. Grosse Glaselemente. Balkon. Großes Zimmer. Geräumiges Bad. Wellnessbereich inkludiert. Gute Fahrradgarage mit Lademöglichkeit. Schönes Ambiente. Toller Seeblick.

Cons:

Für die Großbaustelle nebenan können die Betreiber sicher nichts.

Central location - walk to lake and restaurants.

Great shower - pillows were terrible, but shower was fantastic.

Cons:

We were told that we didn’t have access to the kitchen or laundry facilities because we were not long stay guests. We were there for 8 nights, but they didn’t consider that to be long enough (although didn’t say how long ‘long stay’ was). We couldn’t even make our own tea or coffee of buy food to save some costs because we couldn’t keep anything cold. 8 days is a long enough time to be without facilities. But we did have unlimited access to the spa. Not interested in the spa and would prefer facilities.

We didn’t realise that we hadn’t included breakfast in our booking and when we asked if we could pay, they said no. We asked if we could buy a coffee and we were told it would have to be ‘to-go’ and we couldn’t drink it in the restaurant and would have to sit in the lobby and drink it. The staff member helpfully pointed us to a coffee shop where we went every morning for our coffee.

die tolle Lage mit Seeblick

Cons:

in unserem Zimmer mussten wir auf einem Klappbett schlafen, da dieser Raum wahrscheinlich als Sitzungszimmer genutzt wird. Daher war die Bettqualität eher minderwertig. Der Preis für so ein Zimmer zur Übernachtung ist zu hoch
