Hotel was decent, breakfast great, breakfast staff very helpful.
Pros:

The place was comfortable, free parking on the premises.
Breakfast was excellent
They were nice in accommodating me for he next day, though erroneously I made the reservation for a day earlier.

Cons:

All digitization is not of my liking, no reception personnel, all "robotisized"
Price vale relation was way off, compared with other hotels with normal human staff.

bang for the buck! Sehr tolles, schönes und neues Hotel mitten in Arbon.
Pros:

it was a very nice hotel at a great location. The spa is wonderful with a great view and nice installations. Easy accesible and quiet. perfect for this price!

Pros:

Zentral in Bahnofsnähe gelegen. Parkplätze in Teifgearge vorhanden.

Cons:

Kein Rührei, Kein Spiegelei, Kein Speck, keine, Bratwurst beim Frühstück.
Hotelbar/Restaurant war die ganze Woche geschlossen.
Parkplätze in Garage sollten besser auch über Hotelapp buchbar und bezalhbar sein. Zusätzlich Parkapp ist lästig.

Pros:

Többször megszálltam már ebben a hotelben. Korábban mindig a szállás saját honlapján foglaltam szobát, de most a booking.com felkínált egy kedvezményt, amivel együtt már a hotel saját áránál is jobb áron sikerült szobát foglalni. A hotel tökéletes helyen van. Közel van az állomás, a tópart, a belváros. Reggelit most nem kértem (a nyári forróságban nem kívánom a reggelit), de amikor korábban a szálloda vendége voltam, emlékszem, hogy nagyon jó reggelit adnak. A minőség is magas és a választék is nagy. A hatodik szinten van egy kis edzőterem (3 kardio géppel és néhány súlyzóval) + szauna. Ezeket minden alkalommal igénybe veszem.

Cons:

1. Ágy: nem is értem egyébként. 2023-ban nyitott meg a hotel, azaz kb. 3 évesek a matracok, mégis már ki van feküdve. Nekem otthon több mint 10 éve van ugyanaz a matracom és semmi baja (oké, nem is volt olcsó...).
2. Tisztaság: ráférne a takarító személyzetre egy továbbképzés. Ősz hajszál a padlón, fekete hajszál a párnán, szőke hajszál a fejtámlán. És nincs napi takarítás! Én csak két éjszakát voltam a hotelben, de egy porszívózás elkelt volna a szobában.
3. Légkondicionálás: a hotelben nincs légkondi, ami lehet, hogy a múltban rendben volt, de az éghajlat változás Svájcot is elérte. Amikor napközben 35-40 fok van és éjszaka se megy 20-25 foknál lejjebb a hőmérséklet, akkor igenis szükség van légkondira, még Svájcban is!
4. Zaj: éjszaka a szobában meleg volt, de az ablakot nem lehet kinyitni, mert akkora a zaj. A szobám a tóra nézett, csakhogy a tó előtt ott a vasút (ami csöppet sem hangtalan), illetve egy 2x1 sávos út, ahol a helyi hülye gyerekek húzatják a szarjaikat. Sajnos az épület mellett építkezés zajlik, ami szintén nem segít egy ebéd utáni pihenő esetén.
Az értékelésem kicsit "lehúzós" lett, de ennek legfőbb oka, hogy korábban jobbak voltak a tapasztalataim. Hátha van még visszaút...
