Pros:

The living room /drawing room was very spacious.

Staff gave us extra hour to check out as there was unexpected rain.

Cons:

The bath room flush had an issue which was repaired next day by staff.

مقبوله مكيفه جميع الغرف فيها سرير مزدوج كبير في غرفه والثانيه مزدوج و مفرد وصاله كبيره فيها كنبتين تصلح للنوم كبيره وطاولة طعام ودورة مياه واحده ومطبخ امان لا يدخل احد الا برقم سري واي فاي مجاني لم استخدمه كان لدينا نت مفتوح

اغطية الاسره غير نظيفه لم يقومو بتنظيف الشقه مدة الاقامه لا يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه فقط نظام الكرسي التركي شطافه منه فيه داخله دورة الميته ضيقه واضائتها سيئه جدا ولا يوجد فيها مروحة شفط فيها نافذه تدخل الباعوض منها واذانا المطبخ فيه ادوات طبخ غير قابله للاستخدام سيئه لابعد حد ارضيات الغرفه باركيه ولاكن متكسر وطالع من مكانه بجوارها بقاله صغيره سعرها مرتفع عن الباقي قريب منها محل شورما لذيذ ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت بعيد قليلا

30.06–05.07 tarihleri arasında 6 yetişkin ve 2 çocuk olarak konakladık. Konaklamamız boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu. Banyo tertemizdi, klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu ve kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Tesisin genel temizliği ve düzeni gerçekten çok iyiydi. İşletme sahibi de son derece nazik, güler yüzlü ve profesyonel biriydi. Kendisine ilgisi ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Ben ve ailem adına Azerbaycan’dan sevgiler ve selamlar.

Very nice
Pros:

Locality, friendly staff, lovely traditional breakfast served with care, going the extra mile when requesting more information.

Cons:

Overall a nice apartment. A few improvements needed to make it excellent in regards to the dryer, air con remotes and instructions on using the cooker.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Walking distance from metro. We got the top floor with full skyline and galata view. However bear in mind there is no elevator. We love the stairs anyway and we had our baby too. Trust me, in Istanbul you do need stairs cuz you gonna eat a lot. haha

It was acceptable good value for money
Pros:

The location was acceptable, the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom smelled very bad, the carpets were dirty, the couch had stains and the balcony was very dirty. The drawer was full of EMPTY bottles.

The property is located within walking distance of Taksim Square, which is a lovely place to visit. Nearby, there are many food options, including Western, Turkish, Indian, and Pakistani cuisine.

Cons:

As we have booked three rooms and each room has a small kitchen, we would prefer one large kitchen with more facilities, including an oven and a washing machine.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and overall it offered excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

Nothing significant. Everything was as described and met our expectations.

The great place I always seem to go back to
Pros:

The location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. I was about to miss my flight and the day manager gave me a lift to ferry so I could catch the metro on the other side of the strait. They are very solution oriented.
