We were pleasantly surprised! The kitchen, washing machine, second floor with two more large double beds 😍😍 – just fantastic! A very pleasant man greeted us, showed us around, explained everything, and was super friendly. He offered breakfast, we agreed on the time, and he brought it right to our apartments the next morning! The breakfast was amazing and varied. Both adults and kids ate their fill (we stayed as a big group of 8 people). The rooms have split AC systems, so we could turn on warm air. Beds are clean, linens are soft, and plenty of towels. Everyone’s thrilled and incredibly grateful!

É una truffa. Le foto del MONOLOCALE KING DELUXE non corrispondevano per nulla al reale appartamento. Probabilmente trattasi di immaginincreate con AI. Ci siamo trovati in una stanza tremenda , con condizioni igieniche molto precarie. Non c'erano neanche i servizi elencati. Senza un tavolo. Senza un microonde. Senza acqua da bere. Senza kit da bagno. Con la doccia che perdeva acqua. Con lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Con odore di urina di gatto. Con una tenda rotta. E sopratutto con finestra bordo strada. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci hanno detto che pee quella notte dovevamo stare lì, il giorno dopo ci avrebbero spostato in una camera piu grande. Abbiamo detto che non ci interessava la grandezza, ma che fosse corrispondente alle foto. Loro facevano finta di non capire e dicevano che quella era la stanza delle foto, poi hanno detto che quella stanza non esisteva. La mattina dopo siamo dovuti scappare dalla struttura spendendo ulteriori soldi per continuare il soggiorno in un posto piu affidabile.

Très bon hôtel pour les familles. L’emplacement est parfait : très central mais en même temps calme, donc idéal pour se reposer. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Расположение отличное, до всего рядом, относительно тихо. Удобно что на одном этаже сразу 3-4 номера, очень удобно компанией было заехать. Отличный, доброжелательный персонал, оставляли вещи, уходили гулять при выезде. В номере есть свой котел газовый, можно было включить отопление.

Cons:

В номерах было очень грязно, рваное постельное белье, и на фото все сильно красивее выглядит, чем в живую.

Очень грязно,в душевой нужно в тапках быть,все откосы двери старые косые. Написано что есть парковка,её нет,рядом платные на которых нужно ключи им оставлять что б они перепарковывали твою машину туда сюда,еще и стоит в сутки 20$.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле во время нашей поездки в Стамбул, и у нас остались только самые положительные впечатления. Отель очень чистый, уютный и комфортный. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь.

Расположение просто отличное — рядом находятся основные достопримечательности, что очень удобно для туристов.
Номера аккуратные, всё необходимое есть, уборка проводилась регулярно. Атмосфера в отеле очень приятная, чувствуешь себя как дома.

Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова и рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

Les gestionnaires sont aimables, accessibles et disponibles. Ils ont proposé de compenser les insuffisances détaillées ci-dessous en nous livrant gratuitement deux petits-déjeuners.

La description sur le site est mensongère : il ne s'agit pas de cinq chambres d'un même appartement mais de cinq chambres réparties dans quatre appartements séparés. les équipements sont déficients : deux douches sur quatre ne fonctionnaient pas, les micro-ondes annoncés n'existent pas, la literie est trop étroite pour les lits, le nettoyage était insuffisant, le bruit de chaudières gênait le sommeil, les ustensiles de cuisine étaient très peu nombreux etc.

A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

It was an apartment - no breakfast.
Location was very good - just 5 mins walk to Taksim Square.
Many small cafes/restaurants nearby.
Ten minute walk to Tram station.

Cons:

Air con remote controllers - 2 didn't work initially - but the management quickly replaced the batteries when notified.
One room heating didn't work - so a bit cold at night.
