Very disappointing.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Grounds untended - a little water and a mow of the grass would go a long way. Pool closed. Whole place felt very unloved. Sheets and towels thin. Stayed two nights but beds not made after first night.

Clean but tired.
Pros:

It’s probably the best place to stay in Winton.

Cons:

It’s the most expensive in town and it’s tired. The restaurant is closed. The grounds aren’t taken care of. The outdoor furniture is rough. They need to just maintain it better. It used to be very nice, now it’s average.
