Very disappointing
Pros:

Very little

Cons:

Grounds were poorly kept and at the entrance and inside the reception there were 100s of dead insects, grasshopper and moths. Our room was not clean, there was insect and rodent droppings and dead insects on the bedding on the furniture and in the bathroom. And refused to offer refund !

Nothing to do with property just the town was inundated with insects that you couldn’t leave a light on outside.

Great affordable stay
Pros:

Easy late check in option, affordable room, good value for money when only a short stay

Cons:

There were a few Gidgee Bugs in the rooms HOWEVER I do know how sneaky these are and tuck they can be during floods!

Value for money but the bugs inside was so uncleanly and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Like the cost of it being the cheapest in town, the location and the pool looked super welcoming.

Cons:

I fully understand it’s gidgee bug season but there was bugs EVERYWHERE even before I walked in. All of the lights had bugs filled and despite all the lights off and windows closed over night, come morning the bathroom floor was covered in them. It felt disgusting and so uncleanly.

No highway noise which was good, room clean and tidy
Cons:

Website, visitor booklet and front sign said there was a in house restaurant there was no restaurant, probably wouldn't have stayed there if we new this.
