Give new owners / managers opportunity to turn this place around … the potential is there but needs so much touches
Pros:

It is clear the property has been run down maybe new owners / managers are trying to make a go of it. Shower needs new shower head or washers. Some Maintainence with paint etc will assist.

Cons:

The motel promoted that there was a swimming pool and restaurant. Neither functioning and in fact swimming pool needing a very good overhaul and clean water. Laundry light did not work … needs to be fixed as there is a sign on door saying watch out for snakes in laundry. Communication poor I tried to make email contact phone contact and then I got a phone call back through my leaving a message which was a relief.

Over priced and dishonestly advertised. Have they heard about the ACCC!

Cons:

The property was advertised with an operating pool which was untrue. On the front fence, on the road coming into town, an on-site restaurant was advertised, however, not operating, and in addition on Booking.com a pool was mentioned which had obviously not been usable for some time. In addition our shower and wash basin leaked onto the bathroom floor making it slippery and unsafe! Also, bed was uncomfortable. Definitely not value for money!

Not ever again 😒
Pros:

Location is fantastic. On iconic main street. They have WiFi included. Easy access to all the Dinosaur stuff and quiet at night.

Cons:

Not friendly nor welcoming. At first glance the place looks neglected and abandoned. Beds, linens etc very tired and uncomfortable. Curtains couldn't be closed properly because they were missing several hooks. Bathroom was okay but towel rails falling off wall. Restaurant was closed and pool was a stagnant green pond.

Disappointed
Pros:

Good location, quiet, great under cover parking

Cons:

All of grounds need a big clean up. Maintenence required in the room. Refrigerator need repairs to reduce the running noise, turned it off at night. Over 3 nights the bed was not remade by staff. Milk was not replaced.

The room was a decent size for two people ie not a couple and it was in quiet location.

Cons:

The grounds look unloved, there was sometimes no hot water for a shower, and the carpet needed a clean.
