Vi havde et vidunderligt ophold på hotellet, med syv dejlige overnatninger. Personalet var meget venlig og hjælpsomme og
Pros:

Hotellet ligger i en fredelig del af Hoi An, hvor der er ro og fred. Der er gratis shuttlebus indtil byen to gange om dagen. Personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme.

Cons:

Cyklerne som var til rådighed gratis, var i meget ringe stand, så de kunne godt have været udskiftet eller renoveret, så kæden ikke konstant faldt af, eller at man skulle cykle med sadelpinden helt i bund uden justeringsmuligheder.
Poolen som ellers var virkelig lækker, havde desværre et meget ujævnt og flere steder ødelagt trækomposit bræddeunderlag. Det var decideret farligt flere steder, og man brækkede brædderne hvis man giv midt på dem.

Pros:

This was my second stay at the property and was wonderful again. Fabulous location on the river, a 10 min bike ride to the beach and a short distance to Hoi An old town. Anna and Amy and all the staff go above and beyond to help with anything and make you feel welcome.

Nice quiet atmosphere for a restful getaway
Pros:

The pool, the quietness, the river with the ducks. The staff. The fields. Lovely sanctuary

Cons:

The bathrooms. Every time you had a shower the water would go everywhere, leaving the bathroom soaking wet for hours. We were on the ground floor so not sure if that makes a difference.

The breakfast wasn’t great.

Cons:

Không update đầy đủ thông tin liên quan đến pet lên booking. Không có thông tin về phòng nào là cho pet, phòng nào không cho pet ở. => khách bị bối rối khi đặt xong mới thông tin.
Trên booking k đưa thông tin cọc tiền 2triệu. Book xong thì nói cọc 2 triệu sợ pet phá đồ. => nên đưa thông tin lên booking để kh biết xem có nên book hay không.
Khi làm check in có thông tin tới khách khu vực pet được ở. Tuy nhiên mỗi staff nói 1 nẻo. 1 staff nói có thể ngồi xa khu vực khách ngồi. Chỉ bàn xa và miễn là không ảnh hưởng đến khách khác.
Tối ra ngồi thì khách khác tự động vẫy pet của mình tới thì staff yêu cầu đưa pet ra ngoài. Và đã cho pet ra khu vực khá xa khách hàng. Thì vẫn không cho ngồi. Nhân viên mỗi ng nói 1 nẻo.
Nói chung phòng oki. Hồ bơi ok, không gian oki.
=> staffs chưa ổn.
Còn những thông tin quan trọng liên quan đến pet cần update để kh biết

Fantastic location 10 min drive from the Old Town, surrounded by rice fields . Gorgeous pool. Lovely breakfast.
Special mention to Amy the receptionist and all the staff who were so kind and helpful

Pros:

It was placed well between hoi an main town and the beach which enabled us to be in a quieter area for a relaxed stay but still be able to enjoy all the area

Cons:

Some of the other residents were particularly noisy, I appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel

Very nice hotel with all staff excellent and happy hour makes it nice late afternoon.
Pros:

The hotel staff were wonderful, the food and rooms are all excellent , beautiful swimming pool with relaxing area by the river .

Cons:

The location is a bit far from bars and restaurants

Pros:

Everything; the facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, all of the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the breakfast/food/drinks were very good! On top of that, the hotel is only a few mins away for the old town by car or bicycles, and the hotel provides and arranges both for free. I would have stayed there for an extra week if I could have!

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Relaxing Hoi An resort experience with friendly staff!
Pros:

Room: Great lighting, nice balcony, fantastic internet speeds.
Location and amenities: Very relaxing location right beside the river. Has a nice large pool for swimming laps and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.

Cons:

Location: It's a bit secluded and a little far from the Old Town, but I think that is the vibe the resort is going for (retreat resort feel). The hotel offers free bikes for anyone who wants to ride around on their own.

Loved this hotel, what a hidden gem. Lovely friendly staff, great pool and spacious room

Cons:

The bathroom flooded every time I had a shower, very very very bad design. Moping up a bathroom floor every time you shower is not something you want to do on holiday. But I worried the water would drip into the room below.
