Loved this hotel, what a hidden gem. Lovely friendly staff, great pool and spacious room

Cons:

The bathroom flooded every time I had a shower, very very very bad design. Moping up a bathroom floor every time you shower is not something you want to do on holiday. But I worried the water would drip into the room below.

A bit odd design, old facility but nice for just a stay
Pros:

Good air quality around, nice design, good pool, fast WiFi, free cat to the old town and back but only at 16:30 and 21:30

Cons:

Bad user experience design: very high sink, magnifying mirror is very high, you can use it only if you are 2 meters tall. You can’t use shower, water just goes to the floor

Dopo aver alloggiato in alcune homestay tra il Nord ed il Centro del Vietnam, ci siamo concessi due notti in questo resort bellissimo che dista meno di una decina di minuti dal centro (in auto) e una ventina dalle famose risaie (a piedi). La struttura mette anche a disposizione bici gratuite.
Bellissima piscina, servizio impeccabile, camere pulite, luminose e ariose. Un soggiorno memorabile. Una menzione speciale a Sunny e Anna che ci sono venute incontro in ogni nostra richiesta.

Une excelent hôtel avec spa et piscine
Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes, calmes avec un grand bacon donnant sur une superbe piscine et la rivière . Le lit est confortable et grand.
Le spa est très correct et le personnel adorable et à l’écoute

Cons:

Nécessite de C prendre un Grab ( taxi) pour se rendre dans le centre mais tres peu cher (1,5 euro )

Die Lage , schön an einem Reisfeld gelegen.

Cons:

Leider ist das Zimmer und die Unterkunft generell ein wenig veraltet. Der Balkon war nicht sehr einladend, da überall die Fassade abgebröckelt ist .
Das Frühstück war übersichtlich, es gab nicht allzu viel.

Mooi hotel
Pros:

Mooi hotel met een prachtig, groot zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een gratis upgrade. Ze maakten speciaal ontbijt voor mij omdat ik een speciaal dieet heb, dat was super aardig. Mooie grote kamer. Hotel ligt ligt mooi langs de rivier, leuk met de gratis fietsen naar het strand te fietsen. Hoi An ligt iets verder weg. We kwamen hier echt tot rust

Heerlijke vakantie gehad!
Pros:

Rustig resort, mooi gelegen in de rijstvelden tussen de oude stad en het strand.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De spa is fantastisch. Dankjewel Anna, Sunny, Amy, Lily, Nancy en de hele staf!

Great stay, but with a few points for improvement.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, clean and very lovely decorated. The hotel itself is also very good and the breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

The staff is generally helpful but sometimes pushy, repeatedly asking for reviews. The F&B manager was noisy and often interrupted our breakfast, ending each chat with another review request and her business card. Although it’s meant to be a wellness retreat, the pool was daily filled with around ten shouting children. The hotel is quite far from the center, and the free bikes are in poor condition.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Mood Hotel Hoi An !
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec une décoration soignée, une ambiance paisible et des chambres superbes, confortables et très propres. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le petit déjeuner est bon, avec des produits frais, même si les options sucrées sont assez limitées.

Il y a des activités proposées, certaines gratuites, d’autres payantes, ce qui est un vrai plus. En revanche, les informations à ce sujet manquent de clarté : un programme affiché avec les horaires et les modalités d’inscription serait très utile pour mieux en profiter.

Le seul vrai bémol concerne la communication : le personnel de la réception est gentil mais parle assez peu anglais, ce qui peut rendre les échanges difficiles pour organiser certaines choses.

Malgré cela, c’est un très bel hôtel que je recommande, surtout pour la qualité des lieux et le confort des chambres. Avec quelques améliorations sur l’accueil et les informations pratiques, ce serait parfait !

Value packed hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed in a clean functional room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing at all to fault for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was large enough to swim laps, perfect depth for adults and children.
