Great place to stay if you’re in the area
Pros:

Very friendly hosts, cozy room with all the facilities you need, including a strategically placed bathtub near the window facing the forest. Also had a great dinner and breakfast at their restaurant.

Cons:

The bed, although very comfortable was also kind of squeaky. Nothing else to complain about.

Un sejur foarte plăcut și relaxant
Pros:

Ne-au plăcut priveliștea și liniștea locului. Am apreciat originalitatea camerelor și accentul rustic. În spatele hotelului este o grădină drăguță cu mese, băncuțe și hamace.
Micul dejun a fost bun și consistent, iar cafeaua excelentă.
Hotelul dispune și de un restaurant cu specific tradițional.

Decent, insa, este loc de mai bine
Pros:

Doamna de la recepție a fost amabilă, in prețul cazării am beneficiat si de 2x bilete intrare la Tușnad Wellness, camera a fost curata, amenajată intr un stil rustic, hotelul dispune de restaurant și o mică gradină cu hamac și mese, perfecta pentru relaxare.

Peste drum de hotel este o sala de jocuri, cu bowling, biliard, pinball, etc.

Micul dejun a fost in regulă, doamna de s-a ocupat de el a fost draguta.

Cons:

Cateva aspecte pot fi reglate, cum ar fi:

*Ospataritele de la restaurant au fost cam neatente, au uitat sa aduca sosul de mujdei si la masa noastra cat si la masa vecina in decurs de nici 10 minute (desi pe bonul fiscal a fost trecut) și pe langa asta, atitudinea lor nu a fost foarte prietenoasa, veneau destul de repede sa debaraseze, cumva simteai ca vor sa pleci.
*Mancarea nu a fost deloc grozava, am comandat snitel cu cartofi aurii cu crusta, care, au venit semicongelati iar snitelul era extrem de uleios.
Pastravul nu avea gust, mai ales ca nu am primit nici mujdeiul
*In camera nu primesti papuci de casa, nu ai scrumiera pe balcon, fiind totul de lemn este cam periculos.

*Capul patului la camera 4 are o structura din busteni foarte incomoda daca doresti sa te sprijini pe spate.

Pozele de pe BK iti fura putin privirea insa este loc de mai bine mai ales la partea de personal la restaurant

Very nice stay
Pros:

The decorations, attention to details, the services and the very nice and helpful staff.
The gong sound session was amazing. You need to check with the hotel the schedule and to pay extra for the session. The food was good.

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet! Az étteremben finomak voltak az ételek!

Cons:

A szoba bútor 4 db szék volt,a kétszemélyes ágy nagyon keskeny pedig normál tesalkatúak vagyunk.4 éjszakát töltöttünk a szállásnál de egyszer sem volt takarítás. Az erkély nagyon pici 2 szék éppenhogy elfért,de ülve nem lehet kilátni a korláttól...

Cons:

Condițiile din pensiune! Totul foarte vechi, mirosul din baie, cameră și materialele de construcție din baie care rețin apa și de aici multe bacterii. Fiecare de infecție! Nu recomand! "Ecco" dar ci microbi! Baia foarte mica, te atingi de toate vechiturile... prețul foarte mare ptr aceste condiții dar importante sunt conditiile
