Desert Flower Boutique Hotel

Excellent accommodations. Unique and cool decor, clean room, comfortable bedding with the softest mattress I’ve ever slept on, and an outdoor courtyard with huge fire pit. Love the idea of having a curated Spotify Playlist unique for your room. We opted in for the breakfast which is an additional charge - no regrets, the chilaquiles were delicious. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Toas.

The room was very clean & comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. AC/heat great. Bathroom updated and nice. Owners very responsive. All done through phone call and text. Easy and flexible checkin and out, no waiting in line at a desk and meeting office hours. Cafe is quaint and provides great coffee. Can order meals ahead to be served. Only had time for morning coffee but it was hot, ready as advertised and delicious. Grounds safe and beautiful.

Contactless check in/out was super easy. Host responded quickly via text to any questions. Location was convenient - just a few minutes to downtown Taos by car. Homemade breakfast by hosts was delicious!

Check in and check out were completely remote and extremely easy and convenient.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wifi was fast, water pressure was good, parking easy. They also had a lovely little outdoor area to sit in. I would highly recommend stepping out at night to see the stars - we could see the entire milky way from the parking lot.

The only little thing was that the A/C remote was a little hard to use.

Staff was very nice. The room was nice and very clean. And the blueberry muffins at breakfast are no joke—delicious! Will definitely stay again.

Quaint boutique hotel ...quiet and secluded. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. We hope to stay here again whenever in the Taos NM area.

The online description doesn’t do the place justice. It’s quiet and unique. The owner/operators are interesting with a concept of what they want. The rooms are cleverly designed. We had the Garden Room one night and a room with a copper soaking tub the next. I liked the design in the Garden Room, but have to admit, the soaker was great. I liked having a separate coffee/breakfast room. What a relief not to be in another corporate, cookie-cutter hotel. Hope to return next year.

Cute little boutique hotel. Right off the highway so easy to find. Traffic noise wasn’t annoying. I stayed in room 7 and it was a nice experience overall! Loved the fresh made blueberry muffins that the owner has perfected! Highly recommend for your stay in the area!

Desert Flower is a terrific place to stay in the Taos area. It was super clean, nicely appointed and very quiet. It is a beautiful hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone heading to Taos.

This place is a beautifully sweet gem that is very well named… truly a flower in the desert! From the lovely artwork everywhere we looked, to the pretty flowers, to the delightful and whimsical decor (even a guitar in our room!), to the very comfortable bed… it is all very inviting! And the owners were so friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was a gourmet treat, especially the best blueberry muffins ever!! We highly recommend the Desert Flower Boutique Hotel and would love to go back!

Absolutely amazing room. Very romantic. Super clean. Breakfast was very good and presentation was something out of a Top Chef kitchen.
